Very motel like but lower grade than the Best Western class. Prices of a 3 star for 2 star quality. Doable for a one night stay in Honolulu but anything more than that would be uncomfortable. Small rooms with only enough space for one piece of luggage. The AC was high up and didn't have a remote so we had to climb on a stool to access the settings. No outlets by the bed. No exhaust fan in the bathroom so it was wet and muggy. Cleanliness was bare minimum.

It was very close to the airport and the staff was very helpful and courteous. Pick up and drop off was awesome. Overall happy with the stay. Room was adequate. Nothing to rave about with the room. Not good for long stay. But good for overnight stay. .

The bed was comfortable. The people were wonderful. The location happen to work out well for us, but the hotel is a complete dump. The toilet almost fell over it wasn’t bolted to the floor The drywall paper was peeling away from the wall the room just feels gross the wall was broke loose from the floor so when you shut the door, the wall moved and for the cost it was a waste This place needs to be gutted and completely remodeled.

We stayed a few hours between connecting flights after a redeye just to get some rest and clean up. The shuttle service was slow instructions on where to meet. We’re not clear. We were exhausted. Once we arrived, our room keys were keyed wrong and we could not get in and had to go back down to the desk not a big deal but again we were exhausted and wanted to get some sleep and eat. The restaurant was closed. The rundown Rusty railings, peeling wallpaper and moldings. The flooring was the lens were clean, and the bed was comfortable enough It suited our needs for a few hours, but I would never want to stay here for a full night.

The location (with shuttle pickup) was perfect for our brief overnight stay on Oahu on our way to Kona. Shuttle service and bag holding was what we needed while we spent an afternoon with a friend before continuing on our journey

The hotel was really good. We got a really good rate. The staff was really friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel has a restaurant, pool, really good beds, clean, lounge, patio, gas fire pit in the patio, free shuttle and a convenience store. The hotel is older but is in the process of being renovated. The show Hawaii 5-0 was filmed there.

Location, location location! I wanted something close to the airport and it was. The bed was comfortable and they had a lounge. It's all I required and the people there were very nice.

Overpriced for a very small, very unappealing room. The vibe is more of a roadside motel. Positives: 24hr airport shuttle, bar and convenience store, comfortable outdoor patio. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Staff was wonderful!! The hotel was close to the airport and they picked us up right away! The hotel had a little bar type restaurant with good pizza but not much else to eat however there is a little store. Hotel could use some updating! Other than that we had a lovely one night stay over.

We were looking for a no frills hotel where we could sleep, shower, secure our luggage and go exploring the island, and this hotel didn’t disappoint. We were able to do early check in ( for a fee ), get a shower after our long flight, get a few hours sleep before heading out. “The Bus” was within easy walking distance and will take you a lot of places ( recommended by the staff ) that you want to go. They also have there own shuttle to pick up and drop off at the airport, for free! It’s not the Hilton, but doesn’t near what the Hilton did. We will 100% stay at this hotel again the next time we come to Honolulu.

Old hotel that needs upgrades; walls, surroundings, beds are old and visibly decaying. There is pride from the staff, who are doing there best with an old building.

Bed was not very comfortable. Having to wait till 3:00 to check in is tiring when you only want to get to a room to rest. Check in time should be noon. Checking in took a long time.

Everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming. We accidentally booked a flight a day earlier and found this place. We were kind of bummed about leaving so early. They pick you up from the airport and have a really good lounge and Chinese restaurant next door.

I like the hotel’s free shuttle from & to the airport. There is a Chinese Restaurant next door and the service is very good. Free hot coffee and free hot tea in the hotel lobby. I stayed only for one night as I missed my flight to San Francisco on that day. The staff are very friendly.

You might say quaint. Not a high end place at all, but it had everything we needed for a night. Fun bar, friendly staff, cool pool, but the rooms feel 100 years old with AC that drips and a tiny barely functioning bathroom. But I felt like I was on a safari. I usually stay 4 or 5 star, stayed here from necessity. It was fun, kinda rugged, in need of a makeover, but did the job it was meant to do. Free shuttle to and from the airport, low traffic, but kits of airplanes. Cool if you like that.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Uncomfortable mattress, Good Chinese restaurant and bar on premises. Airplanes and AC were loud at times. A good home base when exploring Oahu. Decent value and happy with my stay. Thank you.

Great for a pre-cruise stay. This isn’t a fancy place but it gets the job done. Reasonably priced by HI standards. Staff is pleasant enough. It’s somewhat worn but it is clean. There is some airport noise, car alarms and other misc noises so it’s not super peaceful. Shuttle service is great - phone them when you land and they’re there in minutes. Very close to HNL.

The staff was very nice and eager to help. We were told it was under new management and trying to improve. However, the facility is definitely run down, in an industrial area, but near the airport. We hope the new management can update the rooms and clean it up.
