We enjoyed our stay at the Light House. It is a bit run down but with what that area has been through recently theyve done an excellent job of getting reopened and things up and running. I would not reccommend this hotel to families as it has the only bar that stays open until 2 AM so is very busy and loud. The staff is excellent and so nice. We didnt spend time at the pool but it looked very nice and clean. It was in a great location to walk to the beach and the Times Square area. We would stay there again.

Had a fun time at this resort. Over half the resort was wiped out by Ian in 2022, so there is a lot of rebuilding going on, adjacent to where you stay. The elevators don't work, but its only got 4 floors, so no big deal. The pool and fabulous Tiki Bar was open, and its convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants.

We traveled with an infant and were given a room next to the bar. The mattresses are impossible to sleep in and the front desk lady was anything but courteous and helpful.

It was a good stay. A lot of construction noise during the day which was necessary because of the hurricane damage. No working elevators but we knew that in advance. A fan rattled in the bedroom causing some annoyance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the Lighthouse is ideal for access to the island and the beach.

Our room seemed to be updated However day one we found a roach in our kitchen sink. Quiet unsettling. Our room/balcony faced the construction zone on property so we heard hammering for 10 straight hours daily. My biggest concern was the elevators that were under construction. How can this property allow this elevator company Clark Elevators to leave the elevators that are under construction and UNATTENDED, doors wide open, on the ground floor AS WELL AS the 2nd Floor doors wide open on 2nd fl, and the car was not stopped at the 2nd floor. Any young curious kid wouldnt be stopped by construction tape/gates or cones, NOTHING was protecting the patrons/guests from danger...any yound child would have the ability to run right into that UNATTENDED elevator and fall to the ground!!! Lighthouse should be fined or this company should be fined $$$$$ to leave such a dangerous job site that is under construction UNSECURED! We witnessed this multiple times during the day and throughout the week! VERY DISTURBING..

Extremely poor condition. Needs renovation. Very loud, tiki bar was loud till 2. Floors were broken, shower barely worked. Probably the worst conditions we have ever stayed in. Pictures online are very deceiving! We could see daylight out if both of the rusty doors to our room. Would not recommend or stay here again!

The room was nicely decorated overlooking the pool. It is across the street from new Margaritaville Hotel and unfortunately we heard valet too often. Also beer keg deliveries early in the morning. The Tiki hut (bar/restaurant) had music most of the day into the night around 11PM so if you are looking for quiet-not going to happen. Fort Myers Beach is still rebuilding so not much around. The beach is lovely but you need to bring your own beach chairs.

We only stayed for two nights, very lucky to get the booking. We love the vibe of staying in this lively and cannot praise the bar staff enough. Food was delish and entertainment ... Entertaining. Rooms pleasant enough, basic but clean and cute. Would definitely stay again.

Loved this place and it's funky beach vibe! This place checked all of the boxes and then some! We were searching for a place that was affordable, walking distance to the beach and had a pool. Our room was clean and comfy. Everyone was so friendly, my husband and I had such a wonderful night that we didn’t want to leave. We would love to come back here in the future and stay longer!!

We didn’t stay there because they didn’t tell us they do t have working elevators. My husband could not get to the third floor without an elevator.

We had a great stay in room 152, a little cottage in the back of the property. The room was large, clean, well appointed, with new, upgraded modern coastal decor. My mom enjoyed the rooms private outdoor courtyard area. The Tiki Bar was so much fun, the entertainment on Thursday nights is phenomenal, check her out if you can! overall a great stay and the property is trying hard to renovate fully after Hurricane Ian. We were impressed with how far they’ve come. If you’re going between here and Margaritaville- this place is MUCH more fun!

I understand this establishment is trying to recover from last October hurricane, but the rooms were dirty, sink would not drain, shower over flowed. It appears the tiki bar is the main income stream. Would not recommend this establishment.

When we arrived, parking was crowded and small. An employee named Cara, was very helpful and helped us find our way to the parking area and a parking spot, she was so very helpful and plesent.

Location could not have been better!!! room was wonderful!! 2 bedroom, clean comfey beds. the bar/restaraunt/pool area was NOT smoke free. Also music was verrrrry loud and we were thankful it was over @10pm or we would have had to leave. important for visitors to know of these two issues. we were aware of renovation efforts and would take that noise over the bar anyday.

The resort was only partially open but the pool and the big tiki bar were open. There is live music at the bar daily so if you are traveling with small kids or need a quiet room dont stay right above the tiki bar. Music does end at 10 promptly. We enjoyed the bar and music. The location is great you can walk everywhere. The beach is right across the street. There's still alot of places closed or gone due to the hurricane so restaurant options are limited. But you can but food at the resort or cook in the room since it is a kitchenette. We wanted to support Ft Myers beach, we will be back

I gave all 5 stars even though the Hotel is still recovering from hurricane Ian. They did a great job of keeping the tiki area completely fresh and separate from the areas that are still being renovated. I am a local so it was quite impressive to bounce back and forth from the tiki bar to Margaritaville seamlessly without having to think about just how far we have come since the hurricane. The hotel did a fabulous job making sure I knew that status of the parts that were not up and running, no elevators and limited house keeping with major remodeling going on. There was full disclosure and I was very pleased with my 3 day birthday weekend.

TV didn't work, Wifi didn't work, no soap in the bathroom and no working elevator to get to the third floor. It was a shock to arrive and find the entire facility revolved around a very noisy outdoor bar at the center. On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. We were warned about some construction going on due to recovery from the hurricane and that really was understandable and not a problem, but not having a working elevator to get my 80 year old mother up to the room is more difficult to forgive. If you are looking for a place to stay for a while at Fort Myers Beach this still may be a perfectly acceptable place for you, just know what to expect.

Room was great! Very clean and loved the separate bedroom. Parking was a bit tight for a pick up truck, the spaces were big enough but there was no room to turn around so we had to back out and it was very tight.

Awesome location in the middle of everything. Short walk less than a full block to the beach. It's within 3-5 minute walk to all restaurants, gift shops & times square. Still some work going on from Hurricane but very good value for the money!

We stayed here for one night before boarding the KEY WEST EXPRESS...I wanted to stay longer! The room was fantastic...there were 5 of us. SO MUCH ROOM. The tiki bar was the HIT of the stay...everyone was amazing, friendly & fun! THANK YOU!!!

Near to the Beach, just a busy Street needs to be crossed. A well visited Bar in the Hotel. Several other Bars and Restaurants within 5min walking Distance. Booked "Deluxe One Bedroom" were two large Rooms with a full equiped Kitchen. Hotel and surrounding Area are still recovering from the Hurricane
