Treat me like a animal. Just because of how I look. Make me have to give them a $100 deposit in cash. Threatened me if I had one more person come to my room .That was before I even stayed there, Throw me out.....

I want a refund. I was not able to stay there a second njght because i did not sleep at all. The freeway and the train and innout truck kept me up all night. It was horrible

Shower was great. Very plain interior, looked straight out of the 1950’s. Need better quality blanket on bed. Not enough towels in room. Refrigerator next to bed was very loud. Located virtually under a freeway that is very loud.

We stayed one night for a volleyball tournament. The location was perfect. In and Out right next door was a plus! The hotel room was clean and very spacious with free parking. The gentlemen who checked us in and out were very nice. It isn’t fancy, but it is an excellent value for the price and we would definitely stay here again on a quick trip.

Room was quiet, but definitely not luxurious or anything like that. Clean, but not luxe. It was a decent size, with a front room & a bedroom. There was no TV in the front room, though there seemed to be a hookup for one on the wall. I was quite glad that the rooms weren't stuffy or moldy or chemical-smelling. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The price was reasonable and it was pretty close to where I needed to be all weekend. It did the job of being safe & comfortable & letting me get rest. If you like Popeye's or InNOut, you're in luck. The hotel is near both. Hotel owners are a nice family.

It's my favorite place. Some people complain about the place, but come on!! You don't like it, go to Ritz-Carlton or Montage. And be charged 500.00 I love it here.

The manager, Ted, is very nice, accommodating and seems to care about the customers. The place is clean, but basic. Good value.

#302, it appeared that the bed was made after the last rental with out changing the sheets. After pulling the sheets back, approximately 5 hours of being there, we noticed a couple different types of hair on the sheets and 1 small alive spider, even a plastic wrapper of some sort. I killed the spider and we ended up leaving shortly after. Very disappointed stay. Typically we stay 1 or 2 times a month. I didnt report it to the front desk when i left, no one was at the window when i dropped my key in the box. I dont want a refund or anything, may just look for a new place to stay at from now on.

The roome was neat, but dirty. The surface was dusty, tufts of hair on the floor along witj crumbs and dirt on the floor. The room had an odor, stale like it had been closed up.

I loved that the staff was friendly. Very helpful and attentive to our needs. The bathroom had a bad odor in the tub, sewer line busted. It’s smear like it!

If you want a place to sleep then stay here. The bed was comfy and the shower head was awesome. If you want a place to stay or hang out in a nice room then don’t stay here.

I was very nervous to book this after reading reviews and after a recent stay somewhere else where we had roaches in the room. I'm happy to report that the room was VERY clean! The floors were all laminate flooring or tile and very clean! I did not see a single bug anywhere inside or outside. The jacuzzi tub was spotless. The hot water on the tub came out immediately and it was easy to fill the tub. The shower had the hot/cold reversed so it took us a moment to get it figured out. The shower head was a bit low, I'm 5'5" and barely fit under it. Water pressure in the shower was very low which made rinsing out my hair difficult. The room had a lot of OPEN space, but not usable space. A dresser or some shelves or something would have been nice to store things. The minifridge worked great as did the ice maker. I saw reviews complaining about the train. There are 2 sets of windows which do a great job at blocking the nose. The train did not blow the horn at night and as a result we hardly noticed it. The bed was on a wooden platform with no box spring. The mattress was really my only complaint. It was very uncomfortable and bouncy when my husband would turn over. I did pull the blankets and mattress pad up to check and the mattress itself looked new and clean and free of bugs so we were grateful to see that. Is this an upscale hotel? Absolutely not, but if you're looking for a clean, bug free place to shower and sleep on a budget as we were then its perfect.

Property is between freeway and train tracks, no vegetation, has an in & out and a Popeyes chicken for close dining choices. Needs maintenance, clean bed but almost no furnishings. Bathtub faucet came off, windows dirty, paint peeling,no coffee in room. All for over $300.00 a nite. Staff was friendly.

Funny smell in rooms, toilet in our room not secured to the floor, maids came into the room without announcing themselves, maids took all our towels while we were at breakfast, so no showering before we checked out

The room was clean, but there were ants, but the owner did give me some bug spray when we came at night time to parkthe car to a lot of teenagers hanging in the parking lot. I don’t know what they were doing there. The price was good. The location was OK nothing fancy, but it served a purpose.

The white lights in the room hurts your eyes after a while. They should use regular yellow sunlight light-bulbs! The room seemed renovated so that was nice and all the amenities worked properly so I was happy with that.
