It was a very nice 2 day stay. I was pleased with the room and the staff was great.

Everything was great with the hotel itself. My only complaint was the noise from the interstate traffic bc of the close proximity, but that’s not the fault of the hotel.

Hallway smelled like sewer

Room smelled like sewer gas, toilet was freshly caulked was the wax ring installed properly? Toilet seat was covered in debris and sheet had multiple hairs resembling pubic hair. Vert disappointed!

We had to change hotels as the room we were given had a sulphur smell to it. Front desk informed us that they were having issues with room 102 and 202 and we were told we would be refunded as we had to change hotels. Smell was to the point that it was making us sick

Great rooms had a pool was clean just would have liked the bathroom to be swept and mopped again.

I liked the location.
What I didn't like was the way I was treated from I believe the manager.
I had an issue with my room and this person made me feel like it was an inconvenience for them.

Great hotel. Everything was top of the line except the bed.

Either a newly built hotel or a newly renovated one. However the owner must have cheaped out on a few things. Because of exterior lights, our room was lit up all night like it was sunset outside. Simple blackout curtains would have taken care of it….instead of sleeping with two pillows over my face to block out the light. Also the walls are very thin. We were able to hear (and laugh at) the conversations had by the guests next door. They weren’t even talking loud. But the walls are so thin. I guess that is cheaper than making soundproof rooms with thicker walls. But the hotel staff, breakfast and cleanliness were all great. The pool is really tiny but looked clean. The photos on their website make it look much larger than it it.

My wife and I arrived and was notified that there was a little league tournament going on and we had to listen to children running up and down the hallway all evening. The front desk receptionist was not a very friendly person.

The room as clean and neat. But the bathroom floor around the tub had mold and falling apart. The vent in the bathroom was nasty.

Nice clean hotel. The room was really nice. The employees were nice and friendly. Definitely would stay there if i come back to Columbus Ohio again.

This is a nice hotel, in an area full of hotels. I had a very nice room. Only a few points taken off because they missed a spot cleaning the toilet. Other than that it was very nice. The staff was nice and the breakfast was great. I would stay here again.

We stopped on our way from Cleveland because of the rain. We were looking for something south of Columbus and right off of 71. We were more than pleasantly surprised. It meant all of our expectations and exceeded them as well. You have a great staff and they were super friendly. The room is very well laid out and plenty of space

A lot of shopping around

Stayed new years eve, would have been nicer if breakfast end time was later on sunday. Went down at 9am and there as empty tray of cinnamon rollls, I asked staff if there were any more, she said no at first then pulled a tray out. She said i really don't want to because you will take a couple and ill throw the rest away. She could have left them out as other people also just came in but she pulled the tray and took them away. Turned juice machine off also even though people were asking for juice. Just think day after could have stayed open longer. Left a bad taste in my mouth and i will be telling people about that. Too bad she should not be in service position or been told depending on crowd at 9 we may need to stay open later on new years day.
