Poor

Greeting from the person at the desk was very welcoming. He was very personable and friendly. The highlight of the stay was the interaction with him. It was all downhill from there.

Carpeted floors were extremely damp, the beds were uncomfortable and there were signs of mold in the shower.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times. It’s my “go to” when we’re playing softball in Columbus. I’ll continue to stay

Would not stay there again.

The room was clean. The location was very good.

Upon arrival we waited nearly ten minutes for someone to show up to check us in. We got to our room, unpacked and then realized the heater didn’t work. It was 35 degrees out that night. There were only two large towels in the bathroom. The room was extremely small. No hot breakfast, we went to Cracker Barrel.

Get what you pay for. Overall it was a decent place to sleep. Didn’t expect

Location good.

Unpleasant odor in building. Dirty/ blood on mattress cover. No TV remote. Bathtub faucet doesn’t work properly.

Exceptional

Easy access to lots of stores and restaurants beds and pillows were super comfy and quiet the whole motel is very clean

Frt desk could have been little more friendlier and speak up more hard to hear

We had a pleasant stay. We’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location. It’s very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel was also quiet and we slept well.

The bathroom is a little outdated and could use some updates. The breakfast had limited pre-packaged choices. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Don’t waste your money here.

The only thing I liked about my stay was how close it was to the interstate.

Will I didn’t get the room that I booked asked for two queen beds but was given a single queen bed. The staff could of cared less when I asked about it. The free breakfast was not good.

The first room I was given smelled of smoke and sheets weee not clean . After making Brian I believe his name was he did apologize and gave us another room . We took pictures of the sheets he agreed not acceptable. He gave us another room that was fine and then we enjoyed our stay .

Room smell like smoke . We do not smoke after being placed into another room it was fine .

Highly recommended, clean and hot breakfast.

We loved it here, super friendly staff, beautiful room; had the king suite; bed was comfortable, and a nice hot breakfast; we stayed here on our drive from TN to NY; Grove City OH is the halfway point and we are so glad we chose Comfort Inn & Suites, we stayed here both times on our trip, highly recommended!

staff was nice

room was dirty the bathroom door didn't close or open properly trim in bathroom was pulled off and the night stands were gross with something that spilled on it

The hotel was right off the interstate and close to restaurants.

The hospitality was poor. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10 a.m. I was there by 9:30 a.m. and things were already packed up. The room was clean, but the refrigerator was frozen, water on the floor, and someone's forgotten beer left. I had a 6 year old with me who discovered it. :/ Overall, the stay was okay, but the main disappointment was the breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Check in/out process was quick and easy.

We were unable to connect to the internet. The vending machine on my floor did not work either.
