Nicely renovated room on the third floor, friends on the first didn't have nearly as nice a room. Bathroom fan made a bunch of noise and the exercise machines could use some maintenance. Otherwise, nice hotel, good location, excellent service.

A room with no charm with a view on the parking lot. No bath, just a horrible shower with a handicap bench, very depressing. The pool was pack with kids from a hockey tournament.

Everything was terrible in this hotel, the staff and service were more than terrible.customer satisfaction is the last thing the care about and these were the exactly words said by receptionist with attitude and yelling and that was just because we asked to change the room which was ugly and dated.

The employee that served us was extremely rude and irrespective. The hotel was extremely full with young children screaming and running all over the place. Zéro accès to the pool as it was taken over by the hockey teams. Got kicked and coughed on multiple times. The pull out bed for the kids was crooked and the kids barely slept. Back pain in the morning. No wine glasses in the room. Only plastic cups. The breakfast is so full you can’t move and unable to access the waffle maker because the line up is so long .

Everything is fine, but it's too noisy outside at night. We're on the 3rd floor, yet we can still hear the constant noise of vehicle engines throughout the night.

The rooms are outdated, the couch was damaged, the corner lamp was stained, the carpet is very old and so looks dirty. It is a shame that this hotel has the Compfort Inn name

fantastic parking, my girlfriend saw a cute squirrel she adored, amazing beds i was quite exhausted after an 8 hour drive and couldnt have asked for a more wonderful room, check in was very smooth and i was able to enjoy the sauna before going to sleep, breakfast was alright but it was included so i cant complain.

Lots of options for breakfast from eggs and sausage to waffles to oatmeal. There were also lots of tables to accomdate guests. I thought the front desk could be more welcoming. It was more of a serious 'what do you need" instead of a smile and 'Welcome'. There were lots of eating options within a very short walk. The parking was plentiful. We arrived at 1 pm and the check in was 3 pm. The hotel agent wanted $55 to check in early which seemed excessive so we just looked around town for awhile. It seems a more frienfly option would have just been your room is not ready' and have the guest ask how much to check in early.

Hair dryer not working and only found out after trying to use it.Bed was not comfortable. Room was average for the $220 per night rate. Have had much better rooms at lower prices.

when I checked in, I mentioned that I had inadvertently punch in a check out date one day later than my actual check out. I asked for it to be rectified. after contacting management and Expedia they decided that I could leave one day earlier but would not be reimbursed for the next day. that is what I qualify as double dipping. So, I believe that I am done using EXPEDIA. it is the second time in many years that I had to change something on a reservation and both time I got ripped me off by agency like Expedia.

Not so welcoming receptionist. The bathtub/shower drainage was blocked, we called and they had no body to repair it. next morning on check-out we spoke to the manager, he apologized but he said he will take a note to fix it, instead of offering some kind of incentive of a kind.

If this was a franchise, the franchisee came across as cheap. There were reminders everywhere to tip. Signs on the coffee saying it was $2 for non-guests - who’s going to come take coffee there that isn’t a guest? It left a general feeling that it was chintzy.

The room was good. Clean and smelled great. Everything I could expect. My only concern was that I had forgotten it was on cross of an Highway and one of the most traveled street in the city, so there was always noises coming from outside even during night time. Appart of that everything was great. The breakfast included in the room price was great. Lots of choices and for once, even the coffee was good. I would return there if I ever have to go back to that city, but I would ask to have a room on the other side to have less noise to help with my sleep.

I have no complaints, the continental breakfast included was amazing with many things (eggs, sausage, egg and ham sandwiches, waffles, bread, donuts, cereal, yogourt, fruit, juice machine) etc.., the staff was friendly, it was clean and quiet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was decent , beds not so comfortable and not all plugs work. There was only one ice machine available and it wasnt working. There was not enough towels in the bathroom but the front desk gave us more. The breakfast buffet is very nice , but unfortunately nothing for those intolerant to gluten or lactose. The pool and outside hot tub and sauna were the best for us. We enjoyed it.

This is my go to hotel when needing accomodations in St-Jerome. Glad that bigger breakfast is now available. As usual pool and hottub are a great feature.
