First room smells like smoke, second room smelled like cat urine, and they wouldn’t give us another room so we decided to go back to first room, each time I complained they had to come inspect the room and after the second room they had to get housekeeping manager to come inspect the rooms, manager told me first room didn’t smell like smoke I said yes it does, she informed me she recleaned it, when we entered the first room again it was better but still had a musky smoke scent, but way better then cat p*ss!

The staff was amazing at check in!!! The kitchen staff at breakfast were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was great! Our room, halls and lobby was very clean.

Coffee maker was unusable and could not adjust ac, only way it would work was set at 68 degrees.

What a fantasic Hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy! The staff was exceptional, especially Crystal! She went above and beyond with us which was so appreciated! She is an asset to this hotel and made our whole trip!

Overall subpar for the 9.2 rating they boast in the lobby. Arrived to a room that dmelled musty. We discovered the couch was covered in dog hair, our son is allergic to dogs. We called to have it vaccumed. They stated they didn't have the equipment to do it and had no lint rollers. Which means the couch has never been cleaned? We attempted to use the pool. It had obviously not been cleaned in a while and was full of bugs/debris/pollen. I was more than willing to skim the pool, but the only net was shredded. There were designated pool towels that were crusty. Back in our room we went to use towels and they were covered in various holes and spots. The hotel was full of dogs (we saw at leave 12 families with dogs) that barked throughout the night. The next morning breakfast opened 10 minutes late, which was already a later breakfast starting at 7am. Only positive was the nice staff and comfy bed.

We stayed 4 nights. It was a warm welcoming from the start. Staff was amazing and so friendly. The hotel was very clean, very organized, welcoming, cozy, beautiful decor. Highly recommend if your in the Perry, GA area.

Great location for what my family was doing. Room was very clean. We had our dogs with us and had zero issues with that. Plenty of grassy area for the dogs to do what they do.
Only complaints I would have is, The ice machine was right outside our room and was very loud.
And, Not the greatest water pressure in the shower. But I like a shower that will beat the dirt off.

Good, clean hotel. Curtains broken and TV remote was lost were the only negative. Front desk said they had ordered a replacement TV remote. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

Definitely needs more cleaning in the halls to the rooms and some air fresheners all around the property. Halls need to be shampooed for a pet friendly hotel it should be better cleaned. And better food choices !!

Place is easy to find. Clean and quiet. Walking distance to so many restaurants. I enjoyed my stay. The room was cleaned daily which I really appreciate. OH breakfast was delicious. Love it.

My room was 101 just inside the side entrance and the stairs entrances to the building. Those doors slammed all night long. Please consider putting slow closing mechanisms on all those doors and the hotel room doors. I got about four hours sleep in my two-night stay. Extremely noisy. Not worth paying for I could have slept in the animals stalls at the fairgrounds and had less noise and distractions.

The breakfast area had good seating . The parking area was tight and there wasn't enough parking near the front door to make checking in easier. The area around the hotel is very office park industrial. It is a decent place to stay for one night and the price on Expedia was better than most hotels on the list.

Hotel was very decent - room could do with bit of a refresh but nothing major. Good sized room and managed a good sleep thanks to comfortable mattress and quiet surroundings. Breakfast was good and staff / service too.

Very clean and friendly staff!! I had an issue with my key working and the lady gave me a new one and watched me down the hall to make sure I got in ok. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area again.

Obviously newer hotel in Perry, Georgia - wonderful place - quiet and comfortable - will definitely stay there again if we are in the area!
