It was a nice stay, the girl in the evening is super sweet and friendly. The morning staff wasn't quite as friendly but they were accommodating with getting us a ride into town. It's too far to walk to St George. The hotel was clean and quiet. One thing that we would have liked is for there to be chairs outside of the room to sit in. Also maybe more information on shuttle services etc at the front desk would have been nice. All in all it was a nice stay.

For a perfect historic district location without breaking the bank, the Rodeway Inn St. Augustine did not disappoint! The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials like a fridge for on-the-go meals.
The free Wi-Fi kept me connected, and the complimentary parking was a huge plus, especially in a walkable area like this.
The staff was friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for nearby attractions. Overall, the Rodeway Inn provided a fantastic value for a convenient and relaxing stay in St. Augustine!

Stay was as expected. Older hotel that was remodeled. Its doesn’t have a lot of extra amenities but the price is cheap and it’s clean and we felt safe .

The hotel has been completely remodeled on the inside. It’s good for a family weekend. The staff is great. The rooms are spacious and have extra seating areas. The outside is simple and secluded which is good for families. Parking was sufficient.

It was a clean nice comfortable stay. The sink water did not get very cold. The metal base on beds was annoying a time or two.

All thr rooms have been remodeled and have walk in showers. Rooms very nice and beds comfortable. Location close to heart if St Augustine. Nice BBQ restaurant next door. Price was reasonable. Friendly helpful staff.

This property isn't much from the outside, however the rooms are renovated and very nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Don't let the outside fool you though. It is close to a lot of things to do. Our stay was comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the hotel was great, even the price! I’m guessing that’s why some questionable customers were about my only complaint but we understand that the hotel can’t control who books a room. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and polite. If you like to walk, there is plenty to do within walking distance, even St. George street is within a reasonable walking distance.

Girl at the desk was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and needs comfortable. We stayed with our dog. Parking Lot was VERY crowded and a bit difficult to maneuver. It made things a bit harder to walk a dog. Parking Lot covers all of the property outside the room. Smoking outside our room was bothersome.

We drove up to the property and kept driving. Not a nice area and the condition of the property was awful. We moved on and found a different place to stay. Our money down the drain. VERY DISSAPOONTING

Good for only one night if your passing by. The rate was good, but this is a motel with a face-wash. Strong bleach disinfectant odor when you come in to the room; never dissipated. Walls are too thin and you hear all that people next door do; too noisy. Won’t stay here again.

Great stay for the price. The lady running the desk was very nice and helpful. Not walking distance to the historic district, but only 2miles away. They have snacks for purchase and the prices are good. Too cold for the pool, but it’s nice, big and clean

It was good say but the couple problems when when I first got there my room wasn't ready they tried to give me another room and I book for the handicap equip room because of my mobility issues I walk with a cane and I told him I need to handcap room because my mobile teach you and they said it going to be 10 more minutes and so that's fine and that this staff is very friendly and all then later on that night the room next to me the gentleman was so scary I was scared for my life I actually went to the front desk and told them about it he kept it on and kept on I was so scared for the staff I didn't go back cuz he threaten the staff when I woke up next morning I told them that the guy was threatening them I really like the best they were really comfortable and saw and all and the room was big enough to be able to get around with my mobility issues without falling I will be back in the future

The hotel is a few miles from downtown area. Couple restaurants around. Checking was a little long due to misinformation from Hotels.com. Rooms were pretty clean. The only suggestion we have is the bed need a regular size pillow because the hotel provides the smallest pillow I’ve ever seen.

I had a wonderful overnight visit to St. Augustine. The front desk person was pleasant and got me checked right in. The bed was huge as well as the TV. They had a fridge that really kept things cool and a microwave. The bathroom was clean. I would highly recommend!

I went alone to spend the night on a passing trip, it was clean and quiet I could recommend it. The girl at the reception was attentive. The only thing I have to say is that the refrigerator didn't cool well. I needed to refrigerate something and I had to bring ice from an external store.

I was hesitant to book here since the motel is old and has been here a long time. I was very surprised though. The room that we stayed in looked brand new. Very clean and updated.

Not sure about the reviews talking about drug deals taking place at night.
I'm a smoker so i go outside. I didn't see any issues. I live in Jax so it probably wouldn't bother me either way.
Oh... check for bath towels when you check in though. We didn't have any but no biggie since we were only sleeping there one night.

this is our little spot in St. Augustin.. was suprised at the 2 star GOOGLE review ...we have never had a bad experience here . we will be back
