The hand towels had beard hair on them. The room appeared clean and other than some smears on the wall of the bathroom and the hand towels, it was clean. The service was excellent and the attendants were kind.

Liked the location and the staff was excellent! However, cleanliness needs to be better. There was mold in the freezer along with old food from prior guest in the fridge. Shower spout needs a deep clean or replaced. Other than that, all around good experience.

First rooom the sheets had a blood stain, had to switch to second room which had lipstick or makeup in sheet. Elevator wasn’t clean

Staff friendly and helpful. My requests for rm location for me & for family member were honored. Stayed 2 nights. No housekeeping for 1st night. I told front desk we would be out 1 pm to 7 pm. Anytime in there is fine for housekeeping. But nothing was done..why? If the staff doesn't come in on in between days, tell the guests. So service was sparse on room tidying, needed towels, toilet paper..... Just puzzling why room was not freshened up. Overall facility clean, comfortable, and quiet.

stayed for a concert at the state theatre purchasd a container of lays potatoe chips & they were all broken nothing but crumbs in the container when I showed the front desk all they said was sorry Ill tell someone. They should have offered my money back since it was $5.00 (rip off) or just gave me a new container.

Everything was great how where the staff was rude and entered my room while I was at work even tho I put the do not disturb sign on my door there attitudes where ridiculous when you asked them to do there job they where jus very negative and rude

Not much unique-only problem was water in shower cut off completely-it had been reported & they were working to correct the problem. B'fast not available until 7:00-wish it had been earlier-at least coffee!!

The hotel was clean. The breakfast was very good. The bed was very comfy and I did not want to get up. Now the bad, my fridge did not work and we needed to keep milk for our daughter cold, the doors did not close without being slammed. There was also guests that made my wife uncomfortable feeling unsafe. We stayed at this hotel bc of the crayola experience. The hotel was ok, cleanliness is my most important and that was fine but there were a pretty good amount of issues. I would most likely stay again if I couldn’t find a better deal elsewhere

Easy to access from the highway but not so close that the highway noise was a bother. Many great options for dining. Recommend Williams Family Restaurant.

The toilet was dirty, the floor sticky, the towels looked used and the bed sheets smelled bad. This hotel needs to take the cleaning seriously. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Our room was missing the curtain so sadly we had the street light shinning in our faces all night. We needed to plug in the refrigerator so we could use it and realized why it was unplug because the buzzing noise it made was hard to sleep through. I let the desk know when we checked out and she said I could have got another room but we were getting into bed when we realized these issues and wouldn't have wanted that option. I got 3 free bottles of water- and still paid $300 for my room.
