There was a power failure at the hotel, so I had to stay elsewhere. When I get home, I will contact you re a refund.

Our television didn't have any reception. Good breakfast

The front desk clerk was not at all welcoming, mentioned nothing about breakfast or other amenities. The bathroom was barebones, no shower gel in the dispensers, no hand soap at all. Not even a plastic glass for water, had to use a paper cup. Told the desk clerk when we were leaving about the issue and all we got was yeah okay.

Stayed there to make a surgery appointment less stressful. This hotel was a great choice. Pleasant front desk staff, comfortable room, fresh cookies and popcorn available in lobby, and the free breakfast was good, too.

The front desk lady, Anna, was super helpful and friendly. The checkin was smooth and informatively helpful. Definitely would come back for another stay again if there were chance. Much appreciated!

Pool was great, beds were comfortable, had all of the bells and whistles-variety for breakfast, fresh cookies at desk, snacks and drinks for purchase, extra blanket in closet, bottles of water in room, was clean and updated, large tv, blackout curtains, near stores and restaurants, pleased with hospitality, staff was pleasant, I’d highly recommend!

The only issue we had was there was a laminated card in the room stating there was no stayover service at this time. We stayed 4 nights and had 2 towels and washcloths, 1 hand towel and tub mat. You shouldn’t have to chase down and interrupt a hard working maid for things that are needed.

Liked everything except that they didn't have many gluten-free options for breakfast. I notified staff ahead of time, that we need gluten-free items, but little was provided. We were disappointed... Also, I had trouble connecting the wifi to my Chromebook. Staff didn't answer phone after 2 minutes of ringing, and in-person they weren't knowledgeable on how to fix the problem. We eventually got it working after I contacted a computer-guru friend of mine. Besides these issues, everything else was great. Very clean everywhere. Beds extremely cozy. A/C worked well and was quiet.

Bar area was open for happy hour, restaurant across the street has good classic American dishes, room was clean, ac was cold, breakfast was hot, what more could you ask for!

Grounds are well kept and not fussy. Didn't like the predominance of parking space although I understand the necessity.

Really enjoyed my stay. Was impressed by the cleanliness of all of the hotel; the rooms, the elevators and the breakfast area. A little disappointed that the pool wasn't working, but was very pleased how nice my room looked and how comfortable my bed was. Nice little touches too, from water to hair dryer and the body cream dispenser. Will definitely come back!
