About this house rental
Charming home with beautiful details and light throughout, formally owned by an artist. Located close to Town, it boasts a “private country feel”. The details are a must-see, including an outdoor shower and private patio with ample seating and a dining table.
First Floor: Open foyer/sitting area, eat-in kitchen for 6, half-bath, great-room/living/dining table for 8 with two-story ceilings. Outdoors you will find Teak and wicker furniture, a covered porch, an outdoor shower, as well as open deck and patio table for 8 and a comfy lounge sectional surrounded by gorgeous private space.
Second Floor: 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, full bath and a loft office space.
Third Floor: 2 large bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with two full beds.
Basement: Bulkhead access, unfinished storage space with laundry and all beach gear: towels, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, games and sports equipment

Everything about this place was wonderful, but most especially the amenities. Shana provided everything for our stay, including beach chairs and towels, beach games. a cooler, reusable water bottles, soap and shampoo, phone chargers, a very nice {and expensive} hairdryer, remote controlled window AC units, a big TV, house speakers…even one outside and so much more You name it, it was there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location for getting to the beach and downtown. At first we weren’t used to the idea of an outdoor shower but this one was very nice, private and once again filled with amenities and even towels stocked outside. She was in constant communication with us and provided our every need. This is a lovely property with several nice outdoor seating areas. I accidentally left something at the house and she graciously offered to ship it to me. A true 5 Star experience! My only complaint is that VRBO still has not returned our security deposit, and it’s been nearly three weeks since we checked out. But this does not affect our rating of the property or the owner. Thank you for making our family weekend in Nantucket so memorable.
