The staff was very helpful and friendly in our room selection (away from rooms reserved for youth sports). Room was clean an quiet. Many stores around and just a few miles from the Riverwalk.

The room we first got was so hot. We went out and came back and it still was hot. The put us in a new room that was a suite. This air worked great. Spa jets did not work but was hot. Breakfast we passed on as it look ok.

Check in staff was great. Breakfast was bust. Didn’t have have stuff laid out. Coffee urn was broken had to use drip pot. Molding around bathroom mirror falling down and bath exhaust fan was really loud. Sounded like something stuck in blades or blades out of balance

Beds were clean and fairly comfortable. It would be nice if some rooms had a recliner instead of an extra bed. Some people sleep better in an inclined position.

My husband and I take many overnight trips weather traveling for sports or music festivals and have stayed in all kinds of hotels. This hotel was on the nicer side of average. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was clean, and the atmosphere was quiet in terms of people traffic. The service people were also nice and attentive, however, there were two issues that caused me to knock two stars. When we arrived they told us the satellite was down, to no fault of thier own, but they did not offer anything to make it up, not even a free water or something! The other issue was the room location. We had a corner room at the end of the hall by the stairs...very early in the morning beginning at 5:30 am the stair door was used non stop and every time it closed is sounded like our door was being opened and closed. We had gone to bed at 2 AM and morning traffic using that door on a Sunday was overwhelming. Next time we will make sure not to accept a end room. The breakfast in the morning was decent. Many hotels no longer offer breakfast, so this was nice. They have the waffle machine, cereals (hot & cold), Coffee was good, precooked egg rounds, sausage, and has browns, along with the regular selection of other continental breakfast items. Overall, having experience many many hotels, some that look nice outside are actually disgusting inside, Hiltons with roaches, thin walls, etc. etc....this was a nice that I would not mind staying at.

The location was excellent. The property appeared well taken care of. The breakfast was not very good; the potatoes were either reheated from the day before or just very overdone. (we were there for breakfast 15 minutes after it opened). Overall, we would probably stay there again and just go out for breakfast.

Was very clean except for the breakfast area. Our stay was great. We are from in town, had to stay due to sewer problems at home. So I would recommend this hotel to family coming into town. Thank you

Everyone was very friendly and they were nice enough to let us check in earlier then 3pm. One of the employees stepped up and gave us a ride to couple places when the taxi was terrible.

We stayed here when we were in town for a funeral. We had a standard king room, which was clean and comfortable, roomy, and adequately stocked with high end shampoos, soaps, etc. There were 2 luggage stands, a necessity in my book. The hot tub was nice and hot, about 102 degrees F. The front desk attendant was polite, if a bit quiet, but friendly. A great value at a budget price!

They were ao accomodating on letting us check in early. My husband had surgery and was done by 11:00 and the front desk clerk let us get in our room early. That was above and beyond! Thank you very much!!

We say exactly what this other review says: “Misrepresent on website“ Choice Privileges Member,Oct 13, 2023 Very run down, dirty, bad smells. Hotel need of total repair and remodeling. Badly ran.” It was quiet, and convenient location for our trip. Although the price was reasonable, it did not match the property condition. We would only stay again if we knew there was a major upgrade to the property.

My check-in was easy, however, I had never had my driver's license copied before this day. I was told it would be shredded. I will watch my accounts closely to make sure this is true. The room smelled stale and there was a lot of tile grout that was loose in the bathroom. The doorway to the pool area has a lot of rust. I would have been nervous bringing a young child into the pool area. The hot tub did not have a timer that worked, nor did the water change, it was just a steady flow. The hotel was quiet, I appreciated the water with lemon. But overall it was just an "okay" place to stay.

Insane amount of mold in the vents and bathtub. Not safe. Stayed there for two hours after a 12 hour drive and they refused to refund me for those 2 hours.
