Latisha at the front desk set the stage for exceptional service. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Eddie drove the van to the airport for shuttle service. Really convenient.

The room was very large and clean. Everything was great, except the breakfast was a little on the Uninspiring side – waffles, cereal, and prepackaged muffins mostly. Would definitely stay here again

Decent older hotel. Very nice staff. Breakfast was a little lacking but enough. Room was older but clean. Did not see or hear any riff-raff while there One lamp did not work properly. Very, very hot water! . Affordable and good service.

Good enough hotel, it was clean and had a convenient location very close to Charlotte airport. Plenty of free parking available outside. Unfortunately the toilet wasn't flushing properly the whole time and the shower wouldn't drain properly, so water would sit in the bottom of it for up to 3 hours afterward.

We needed a place to sleep overnight due to a long layover at the airport. Your staff was extremely friendly, and helpful with us getting a ride from the airport to your location location. Highly recommend your hotel.

the hotel is fine. but there is an airplane flying over your head like every 5-10 mins!!

The first room smelled so badly of diesel we had to change. The changed our room to one that was already occupied. The third room smelled good and was comfortable. Everyone friendly and helpful.
It says breakfast included. No breakfast. Dry bread, yogurt (not healthy yogurt), and pastry. All junk.

Friendly staff. Quite close to airport, restaurants, grocery and gas station. Filling and returning our rent car took no time in the morning.

Stayed here for a layover flight. Check in was good staff was friendly shuttle was good room was clean and spacious but in need of renovation.

It was just ok.. clean but beds uncomfortable. Staff was not professional, and even asking about leaving my vehicle they charged more than the airport and informed us that a car had just got stolen from there a week prior. I would not return again

Hotel is ok. The breakfast was not what im used to. There was very little protein offered, no eggs, no meat, only cream cheese. All the offering consisted of carbs.

Room was excellent, disappointed in the "breakfast:" More like a continental with ability to make Waffles. Only fruit available were oranges. When you advertise Breakfast I picture a Hot Breakfast. Also shuttle should be available 24 hours. I knew that I would need to take a taxi after arriving at 11:20 Pm but only because I read reviews and called the Hotel to confirm.
Would stay again if it was not for more than a day.

Was a little disappointed after reading all the reviews. Breakfast was a let down. No syrup for the waffles. No cream cheese for the bagels and the toaster was broke.

Letecia and Linda were very helpful. It was a family gathering and family were coming in at different times. Leteica made it a warm and inviting arrival. I can't thank her enough. She even repaired an entrance door to one of the rooms. The family had a wonderful time. It is a very inviting hotel and great location.

There to catch flight the next day-- staff was so courtesy especially the most lovely shuttle driver- breakfast ready right on time and shuttle waiting for us at the appointed time.

Cassandra was lovely at check in! She should be employee of the month. Eddie the driver to the airport was outstanding, friendly and courteous. The breakfast woman asked and assisted me. My lost item was turned in by the housekeeper.

Convenient, kind staff, clean, comfortable but a few aspects are showing their age, particularly shower. Having said that, served its purpose and staff are really kind, bed comfy, room quiet. 5-6 mins from airport.
