The room was very clean and comfortable. The shuttle was also clean and left the hotel promptly.
The instructions I received in advance for the hotel shuttle directed me to go through the exit doors to the ground transportation roadway and cross to the outer median/island and look for the blue columns marked "Zone 1." I did this, but soon noticed that the "Hotel Shuttles" area was NOT on the outer median. I had to recross to return to the sidewalk just outside the exit doors to reach the "Hotel Shuttles" area. Please correct these instructions. Also, when I called the hotel to request the shuttle, I had to leave a message instead of talking to someone. This caused me great insecurity, as I did not know if my message would be picked up immediately or not. On the way back to the airport the next morning, I knew in advance the time when the shuttle service would be leaving, and it was exactly on time.

It was close to the airport. They serve a decent breakfast, however they ran out of coffee and an hour later it was still empty.
In the evening there were people hanging out outside. I saw a probation officer leave the hotel. I called to be picked up at the airport. I was told 20 min. No one came so I called again. 50 min later I was picked up at 10:00 p.m. I had to get up early to catch the shuttle to the airport so didn't appreciate the wait.
The first night I stayed, the hallway to my room was extremely dirty. My room and bathroom weren't very clean, dirty carpets and floors with ripped curtain, and stains on a side chair. I had plenty of towels. The second time I stayed there my room was cleaner and in better repair. I didn't have but a couple of towels no bath mat.
