Hotel manager was very helpful in confirming my train reservation was not cancelled ahead of train strike that occurred on day of my departure. He also quickly arranged taxi ride from hotel to train station when the private driver I originally contacted did not appear. As a result of the manager's quick thinking and action I was able to make it on time to board the train. Overall, the hotel staff were courteous and responsive. Appreciated their attention to details. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast provided for a good start to each day of my stay. Would highly recommend Hotel Real Orto Botanico to anyone as place to stay when visiting Naples.

Property was nice. Staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast, A/C, and WiFi was included.
Our room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny and cramped.
