Room was clean and bed was ok. Right across from the elevator on the 3rd floor, very noisy. Sounded like someone was trying to get into the room all night. Elevator noises were obnoxious. Once we went to sleep no issues.

Overnit stay for a 2 day golf outing about 10 members of our group stay here. We met for dinner at the rib restaurant next-door. I recommend it too. One of the couples stayed a second night wa Hich was fortunate for me as the hotel management arranged to retrieve a new columbia shirt that I left behing and gave it to my friends who are bringing it to me in Jax Bch.

The bed was horrible - too soft. The bathroom light turned on a really loud fan. Ty he TV did not work at all.

Staff not friendly Ask for decafe coffee and give you a attitude In a room 307 and it was noisy Sounds like a generator going on and off The only reason why I came to this hotel is because the price Next time I am in need of a place to stay it differently won’t be this hotel And no recommendations to any of my fellow troops

It is posted that towels and sheets are only replaced every three days. I stayed six days and five nights. My linens were not replaced once. I had to ask for towels twice. Breakfast was also pretty lack luster.

Hair in the bathroom, paper thin walls, thick foam pillows that are useless. Just a cheap place to stay if everything else is full.

It was basically clean but not everywhere. My only complaint was in the corners, of bathroom, under desk, mostly around the edges. Also, the carpet didn't feel very clean.

We stayed here because it was a 8.0 rating on exepdia and the pictures looked ok and the fee was better than most other places during the holiday season. But should have known better. The entrance of the building was not bad and the foyer where you check in was done fairly well but when you got to the room it was very dark, old and outdated. The old brown linoleum countertops were chipping, the cushions for the small couch looked old and it was very dusty and dirty all around the room. The small refrigerator in the room was leaking water and the carpet was wet. The small bathroom was even old and needed a good bleach job. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. But other than that I would recommend. Needless to say we checked out early and went to stay elsewhere.

My stay was terrible my grandchild came and spent the night on the pull out couch. I was folding the couch up and for a torch lighter and a glass dish will some type of Ashes in it with what looked like needle tips in it also. I was so mad i decided to look a little more and found a glass pipe underneath the bed. I complained to the manager i Told her to come look at this room i also had mold around the window nasty stuff on the bed skirting. I couldn't find another room available so we had to stay. The manager never attempted to make the stay better she never said a word to me after leaving my room she comp me $100 off my $800 bill and the day we left i found a roach on the bed never will i ever stay here again

Had a short stay here, 2 nights. Arrived at 3:30am with quick check-in. Very clean room, ac worked great, comfortable bed. Have no complaints except for if you are a smoker and want to smoke, you have to go all the way outside the front of the building.

For what this hotel charges I expected a little more..coffee in lobby is extremely thin - might as well drink hot water..you are greeted at front entrance by two big trashcan ashtrays..another area would be appropriate please! Very limited breakfast items let alone the 5x5 area to fix your bowl or plate..rooms are small

We booked this last minute for a ball tournament with the kids, the price was cheap and it was fine for what it was. Staff was friendly enough but it was not very clean. My daughter's bed still had dirty used linens on it complete with questionable stains and what appeared to be pubic hairs. They were grossed out needless and refused to sleep in the bed even after we got new sheets. The hotel was also supposed to be smoke/vape free but there was definitely a lingering aroma in the hallways....
