We stayed for one night as part of a longer trip. The location is convenient and central. Easy parking,friendly staff,clean and spacious rooms.

The front desk receptionist was very kind and welcoming, I always check the room for cleanliness and everything was spotless and clean. The heater warmed the room quickly and was strong. The drawers were clean. I am new to Eugene and I felt safe staying here. There was a gazebo for smokers which I am and I appreciated the cleanliness and shelter from rain and I liked that the set up felt inviting. The lady said a concert was going on which is why people were staying but the other guests were quiet during the night. I would stay again.

There is a additional $250 dollar deposit (refundable)before you can check in. When someone plans a trip every penny is accounted for so needless to say i cancelled the stay. Spent the next 3 hours to find a hotel. Found one that was more dollars a night more but with a 50 dollar deposit. I was able to eat on my trip.

We stay at this hotel after a Ducks FB game. -Room was ok not good just ok -Everything worked -Beds comfort was 3 out of 5 -We did not use the shower, heading home early -Many homeless people in the area -I would not recommend this property to anyone that feels unsafe around the unhoused, if you decide to go out after dark do it in groups never alone

Don’t stay here. They charged my credit card without my permission for a service dog. $xxx. Then I reported the charges as fraud they asked me to leave. I had $ to my name and no place to stay. A chihuahua that’s very well behaved and trained. I have documentation that he is a service dog.

Great location - walking distance to the Saturday Market in the heart of downtown. Rooms are clean and in good taste. Hey - what more does one want - would stay here again.

What a dump, nothing good to say noisy dirty, everything about this place is B A D… Thanks for putting us in a dog room with paws prints all over the sheets and stained. Never again! Go down the street their are way better places for about 10 bucks more…

It took almost 25 minutes with the check-in process. I felt bad for the other customer waiting to check-in. The person claimed my credit card was declined when it was her entry error AND most importantly my ID was scanned into your system. No other hotel I stayed at did this. I will not say at your hotel again

Location is in a quiet neighborhood with some great local eateries and coffee shops within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and place had all the basic needs. Only complaint is towels are cheap quality so bring your own.

Okay place for the price. One of the rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom had blood from someone cleaning needles in it. Ruined the whole experience and made us worry about what else wasn’t clean or checked.

They did not give me the room I reserved. The room they gave me smelled of wet dog and mold. The front desk lady said they did not offer the room I requested but it turns out they did. The continental breakfast was extremely small and limited with no place to sit.

Location was ideal for my need and price was right at this quaint old motel that is upgraded and cleaned up. They took care of the smokers by erecting a large gazebo with four bench seats. Outside my door. But, the party crowd finished up in the gazebo at 2:30AM. The early construction guys warmed up their trucks at 3:00AM, 4:00AM, 4:30AM, etc. Then there was the clunky, groaning, burbling, sighing refrigerator.

Comfortable older motel on the downtown fringe. Liked that the towels were newer and not thread-bare like some older properties. Bed was firm but slept fine. The tv was nice, but for some reason kept kicking over to Netflix from cable...that was weird. I would stay here again.

Although it was an older place, our room was very clean, especially the bathroom. The staff was friendly. We got what we were looking for, which was a bed for the night. I doubt I would choose to stay multiple nights, however i would stay again. Lots of traffic noise.

For me I found it disappointing to have to pay at $150 deposit when I already prepaid my room. Also due to a work meeting I needed to do prior to check out, I requested a later checkout of noon. They required you to pay for that. It just seemed like overboard to me for the quality of room and the tiny bathroom that any girl would hate to get ready in. The parking was also very difficult and squished.

Was a great check in, needed shampoo in the morning as it wasn’t refilled and staff went above and beyond to fulfill this last minute. Thank you 😊 I do recommend this place to stay while you are passing through or have business to do in Eureka (5stars) ☀️🪶

The king bed we had was old and the pillows are flat and hard. The overall design of the room is great but I hate pedestal sinks and the separation of a “makeup” counter… I think I would not have stayed here had I known the bed would not be very comfortable.

4 out of 8 pillows smelled very bad. One was really disgusting like someone used it for months without washing it. They probably change the pillow cases but don’t check the pillows cleanness. It was an affordable price for the stay but it was not pleasant stay at all. I do not recommend this place.
