My daughter and I attended a concert at the nearby Cuthbert amphitheater and the following day, shopping at the Valley River Mall, also just a stone’s throw away. In the morning we enjoyed a walk along the river and also enjoyed dinner at the Sweet Water restaurant; spendy but right on the river. Apparently the hotel was remodeled in 2024; the room was spacious, beds comfy, well appointed with a great view of the river. Check in was easy, lobby was lovely and welcoming…I would definitely recommend the Valley River Inn.
