they meet guests at the train station , this is great
they offer delivering luggage to the train station which is great.
it is possible to have lunch after checking out between the return from Machu Piccu and the train, which is great

Excellent property immersed in nature with great free activity like the orchid trail tour, the tea experience and more. The staff were very cordial and proud of their culture and natural beauty of their territory. I highly recommend this property to other travelers. Breakfast and dinner were offered and the choices were excellent.

On the morning of October 1st we were caught in a heavy downpour at Machu Picchu and ended up completely soaked. Even though we had already checked out, we went back to the Inkaterra front desk in the afternoon to ask for help. The two ladies and one gentleman who received us were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and very efficient. They quickly arranged access to the spa so we could take a hot shower, and the front desk kindly helped dry our coats and shoes.
Thanks to their thoughtful assistance, we didn’t catch a cold after being drenched, and our trip continued smoothly. We are deeply grateful for their kindness and efficiency, and would like to extend our sincerest thanks to all three of them. Truly outstanding service that made a real difference in our journey!

The hotel feels like eb extention to Macchu Pichu. A real oasi surrounded by mountains and forrest. The rooms are beautiful and well equiped. The hotels has an ecological comsept fokus on the enviroment.
The food is really good and autentic and the use local product.
The have lots of staffs which allows to take god care of the costumers.
The staff is very kind and helpfull.
We stayed 2 nights from the 19th to 20th june. We really enjoy our stay.
