Breakfast was huge with many different selections. All staff was pleasant

The site is very worn. Definitely needs revamping. Not terribly clean: carpets worn, upholstery worn. Paint needs touching up.
Pools not monitored or very clean. A group of young teenage boys were in the pool unsupervised and throwing a ball around hitting into our group with a young child,
Our relatives asked to move rooms when theirs smelled like dog pee and they found a tick on the wall.
