Asked for an early checkin a week before but did not get it, had to wait almost 2 hours after normal checkin to get a room. Got the wrong room, and later reassigned the correct one. Staff was helpful. Great breakfast options. Parking is difficult.

Nice room, bathroom old, all taps date from the 50es! Housekeeping did a good job, breakfast buffet is good with some change every day! Front desk are ok! The hotel is on very good spot, easy to go out and walk on a street and be safe, closed from the malls! OAKLAND mall is half mile by foot
