Great king room. Shower was absolute favorite. The perfect pressure and temperature. Loved the dove products. Great room for a getaway, breakfast was great in the morning as well.

My stay was ok. My room phone didn’t work, breakfast was not good. One of the main reason I booked here was for the breakfast. The room was clean and bed felt amazing. I didn’t like I couldn’t get a receipt at checkout because I booked through Hotels.com. That has never happen before.

It was a horrible experience staying at this hotel. On 6AM Saturday 11/25/2023, my family were waked up by noise from upstairs. The noise were constant and we had to get up around 7AM. I called front desk and was told that the two rooms I paid for was directly underneath the breakfast area. I asked hotel front desk(Elizabeth) to reflect this to the manager. I complained about hotel shall not sell the two rooms directly under breakfast area without telling customer upfront. I also requested front desk to have manager call me back. I'm very disappointed that it's been 4 days and no one called me back. My wife and my son suffered headache from the disturbance of the noise. The hotel clerk told me that they usually do not sell the rooms underneath breakfast area. Sounds like they are aware of the issue but still sold the rooms to customer without upfront disclosure. I'm sending complains to multiple agencies and demand hotel to refund my payment since the hotel failed to provide quiet enjoyment which I had paid for it. Not to mention the pain and suffering due to the greediness of this business.

The hotel was not what we expected, given the price we paid for it. When we walked in, the girl at the front desk was nice, but didn't smile much. When we asked about the pool and hot tub, she said it wasn't open, with no explaination. Our room was pretty basic. It felt like motel 6 with Hilton pricing. The breakfast was very good.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I was disappointed that the spa was under construction and not available. It’s understandable but still a disappointment. The breakfast is usually very good. This time, not so much. The sausage patties and egg omelets were very over cooked everyday and links were not an option. The breakfast is a reason that I opt to stay here at a higher price than other options. I’ll likely look at other accommodation options in the future.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, big and clean rooms. The gym is a bit small, mainly cardio equipment and 1 rack off loose weights. Overall a good experience

New, clean and quiet! Great breakfast! 1 minute drive to the beach where parking was never an issue. A little on the pricey side for weekends but you get what you pay for. Definitely would recommend.

The property was clean and "on brand" for Holiday Inn Express, but the reason I chose this hotel over others I was looking at in the area was because they had a hot tub. My daughters and I were in Monterrey Bay for Mother's Day Weekend and were looking forward to sitting in the hot tub when we got back to the property each night. A property should contact guests and let them know if they have a major amenity not-in-service to give them the opportunity to book elsewhere.

The hotel overall was good, however, next time for me, I will request the highest floor to stay in! You really have a pigeon problem. Need to get rid of the pigeons, made too much noise in the mornings near the windows...

The food service woman was responsive to my needs and did the same for others. We had an accessible room. The bed was too high for easy access. The bathroom door was wide enough for a walker but the door made it hard to get around.
