I’ve stayed here before, several times. It’s a good location; handy for stress-free wandering in Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. In the other direction, local shops & restaurants, and Paddington Station for the Heathrow Express and Tube connections to everywhere. Staff are all super relaxed, helpful and friendly, which makes me guess it’s a good place to work! Breakfast room is very pleasant, and plenty of choice for breakfast (continental or cooked breakfast.) Room is perfectly fine, they have big rooms, decent sized rooms and tiny rooms; I was on my own in a tiny room this time, it was very quiet and comfortable. There’s a lift, but I usually use the stairs just to get the exercise.

A convenient place to stay overnight on a business or leisure trip. A small single room was fine for my needs. Wifi, reasonable shower, clean, quiet. Breakfast so so, but adequate. I was recommended a nearby pub that did good food which was a historic and interesting place, with real ales.

The location is very convenient, continental breakfast is included and the room was bigger than other hotels I stayed and I had a bathtub !

Wonderful place to stay. Large fans if needed for hot weather, a refrigerator, and friendly helpful front desk staff. A nice breakfast too. I had a room with two twin beds. I would stay here again.
