The bathroom smelled of mold and mildew something fierce, there was a exterior door right close to our door that creeked and slammed loudly every 5-10 minutes waking us up and the loud partying and smells from inside and outside the room kept us from sleeping the entire night apart from one hour. No breakfast but they do have a food truck...not the best but it's edible. Also a free shuttle to the airport but that is the most major plus to be found here.

The steel rod for hanging the bathroom curtain needs replacement. It’s very rusty. For safety issue, it is necessary to install a hand bar on the wall for a better grip to get in-out of the bath tub. Need a towel rack beside the wash basin. The elevator is stuffy & hot. Needs to improve ventilation. Our room is near elevator & stairway - pretty noisy because of the pedestrian traffic.

Although the stay was last minute and only needed for 2 - 3 hours to store our bags after a 7 day cruise. I noticed that all the staff at this hotel very friendly and professional. The hotel is in extreme need of repair and updating. While the room was clean, the overall hotel appearance was not. Upon initial presentation, cleaning of the reception area is a must, you will get turned off completely. I give only 2 stars generously, because without the staff it would get 0 stars.

On the inside it was like a Seedy hotel, bugs on the floor. Our room was next to the maid service area and they were jaw jacking early AM way too loud. No enforcement of the quiet time hours the Wi-Fi sucked. The lobby staff was nice the shuttle to the port was convenient. The rooms need to be remodeled

Our transport from the hotel was within minutes & the check in process went quickly. Thankfully there’s a sorts bar right next door as there’s nothing close by to walk to

Quick stay during a flight layover. Check in was good. The room was horrible!! It appeared clean at first, then our roommates came out to play. Roaches crawling everywhere!! We barely got any sleep. The pool was not clean, not close to any convenient stores or restaurants. Do not recommend at all, even in emergency.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room key didn’t work the first time so my husband went to the lobby and came back with a staff member to make sure it would work the 2nd time. Lobby was a bit dated. Room was clean enough. Shuttle service provided to and from airport and cruise port was excellent. Good for an overnight stay.

Super fast response to change battery in chirping smoke detector. Bed was comfy. SMELLED GREAT! No smoke or weed, definite plus. Temp was also pleasant, no musty mildew smell either. Some water spots in shower so cleaning wasn’t perfect which is why 4 stars there.

Rooms are very basic, cheap furnishings and towels, but adequate for an overnight stay. The bathroom floor had mold growing behind the door.

The place was cramped with the table and chest drawer at the end of the bed ,you can barely close bathroom door only missing toilet bowl by few mm.my husband has to fix shower head bc it was loose to prevent water from sprinkling all over. It was noisy outside you can hear all the noise...doors being slammed, motorcycle screeching.Also the metal at the foot of the bed is a safety issue a guest can easily hit their legs at night in the dark due to space issue. Unfortunately, will not stay in this place again. It's too long of a wait to check in I understand rooms need to be cleared and cleaned but with 200+ rooms surely there are available rooms to be had. The lobby is so dated, very unappealing. This hotel needs to overhaul their customer service.

This was a great location for us to stay the night before our cruise - with shuttles to both the airport and the cruise port. The layout is pretty confusing and the front desk sent us in the wrong direction to get to our room and there was also some construction going on to complicate things. The room was adequate for an overnight stay -- nothing fancy but decent. The floor needed a better cleaning, but it was acceptable.

One overnight stay ahead of a cruise, it was ok, free airport and cruise port shuttles were super convenient. The lack of food options around was not great, although there is a nice enough food truck on site. They will be opening a restaurant in the future based on construction.

It was a horrible experience. We checked in me and my wife. On Sunday, 1 AM only to stay there until checking. We receive a key. We walk all the way down to the room and the kid did not work. We had to go back. To the front desk which they said sorry and gave us another key. Walk back to the room. Quite a walk and the kid did not work. Had to go all the way back again and ask the guy to have another said no. We will open the room for you. Came with a device. Try for 15 minutes and could not open the room. Then for the second time, we ask to have a different room. Then Sis they wanna open the room. Then the manager came and try to open the room overall about an hour and a 1/2. 10 minutes waiting going back-and-forth.Until finally, we received the room.That was not great and not clean.I will never go back to that place again in my life.Horrible

This facility is older, but clean with minimal amenities. The lobby is under renovation but the advantage is the free shuttle service to and from the airport, cruise port and nearby restaurants

The hotel was fine for a one night stay before a flight, but I wouldn’t want to stay there any longer. The bathroom was dirty and I would feel dirtier if I took a shower than if I didn’t. The walls were thin so it was loud all night. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful.

Room was clean and cozy. Seems like there are a lot of people staying long term that dont seem to like the people just passing through. My 1st night i was awoken to very loud people smoking weed outside my room saying " welcome to the red carpet inn" didnt feel safe... there is a restaurant and shop next door at the marina 84 that sells cigarettes, alcohol and other things you might need. Restaurant is decent too

The lady provided check in info while was ob the phone. I paid a lot of money not to be served properly and assisted me. I am a smart person which gets it fast but I did not stay there for free not to get proper service. She was a supervisor also supposly.

Upon arrival our room was changed due to the room being extremely dirty bed linen had brown stains on them and the room was not clean at all. The second room we noticed roaches the last night of our stay and was supposed to have been given a refund which has not happened I called back and was told since we booked through Expedia we should call Expedia who would call the hotel for the refund. As of today, I have not been able to get any help from Expedia.

The facility looks nothing like the picture. Other than being a rather sketchy facility, while there it was under renovation. Nothing to accommodate for the inconvenience. No breakfast, not even muffins. Coffee was out in a container, without even milk, cream or sugar to add. I would stay pretty well anywhere else.

Front desk nothing Like in the pictures…run down…our room was some what remodeled…. But our entry door had gaping holes and security lock taken off the door..bathroom door was so noisy to open and close
