Porta Faenza was very comfortable and conveniently located near the Firenze S.M Novello train station. We had a large bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. The was a large balcony.
Breakfast was good. Only complaint was that the air conditioner was sometimes noisy overnight -- I could see where some people would not be pleased -- fortunately were are sound sleepers.
Overall, this hotel was a nice refuge in a very busy city. We would stay here again if we returned to Florence.

The room was clean and comfortable, except for the pillows. The breakfast was perfect, and you could order a cappuccino at any time of the day or night. The front desk staff was helpful with our needs and when requesting taxis. It's in a great area and walkable to everywhere.
