What I didn't like was that I was denied the reservation that I booked
Room, 1 King Bed, Accessible, Non Smoking (Mobility)
They told me that they could NOT change the reservation made by Third Party I had a difficult time in taking a shower with nothing to hold on to getting in and out of the shower.
