It was fine. Our room was a long walk from the lobby. There were signs of wear in places. Otherwise, it was what we needed for an airport layover. The courtesy bus drivers were great, going above and beyond to help. And the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Great stay! The service was excellent I was able to keep my bags there before I checked in and go explore the city. It is walking distance from the T blue line that can take you into the city. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had 2 separate 1 night stays at the Embassy Suites at Logan Airport. Our rooms were very nice; spacious, comfortable, and clean. The pool area was clean also. The evening appetizers buffet was perfect for our family to get some snacks & relax before dinner. The morning breakfast buffet food was delicious and had many options.

Ultimately I would stay here again; can't beat the value given a free and CLOSE airport shuttle and a complimentary breakfast. The lady at the front desk was extremely cheerful, professional, and helpful. Some things for improvement include: more elevators and/or ability for guests to use stairs when going to/from rooms; increase number of shuttles in operation. Guests had to wait several iterations to go both to)from their rooms. Stairs only enabled you to exit the building. Also, some guests had to wait a second iteration to catch the shuttle. What made this frustrating was that I saw 4 parked/unoperated vans upon our arrival. Beds were also on the firm side. Otherwise, a great value; can't beat the amenities.

Check-in was fast and friendly. Room was nice and beds comfortable. We took the free shuttle to the airport which was amazing. How can that be - you ask? The hotel staff and the shuttle driver were both so kind and helpful. They didn't hesitate to help with our many heavy bags - drop off was convenient.

Lobby was under construction which was understandable. But limited bar area seating? Why not use the breakfast area during evening time?

This was an emergency booking - we missed our flight and needed to spend the night near the airport. The room was available and the hotel had a shuttle, which saved us taxi fare. The room was spacious and comfortable but no amenities but the reception staff gave us a complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste. The restaurant had only one person servicing the whole place, which caused delays, which for us, after 12-hour travel, was a bit of an issue. Overall - fairly good place to spend a night.

great stay, great staff but they need to let us know ahead of time about the upcharge to the total bill and a charge back after checkout it was just about 100 a night, that made to total bill significantly larger than I expected. I asked about it and only then did the front staff tell me about it. I did appreciate that. But everything else was spot on!!

Stayed here in May 2022 and returned at first opportunity. Hotel’s airport shuttle, breakfast buffet (best hot oatmeal!) and proximity to Blue Line Airport Station we’re all positive draws. Not to mention the fantastic, old school, Santorpino’s Pizza 5 short blocks down the street. Just a short couple days to hear the great young pianist, Yunchan Lim, at Boston Symphony Hall ($4.80 R/T fare from airport station) so it was a wonderful trip and Embassy Suites Logan Airport made it all the better.

Breakfast was cold eggs were runny supper in the restaurant was cold sent one meal back should have sent others back Caesar salad was only the stocks plus a teaspoon of dressing absolutely atrocious not Even offered reduced price chef needs a culinary course was told we could have adjoining rooms but then told no on arrival forced to pay valet parking

The hotel has a hvac problem,the heat in the room was very noisy . They charge 60.00 per day for parking which was email to me after 3 days ..

It was a 1 night stay. The hotel seemed dirty in the main common area, carpets, sofas with stains. The breakfast was dried out and food all over the display and under tables on the floor with no one there to keep it clean. Did not feel comfortable even eating there. I've stayed at many embassy suites but this one was mediocre at best.

I booked through hotels.com. but my booking was canceled. I don't know why. So I must call the hotels Com. The first step is not kind. I waited 1 hour. I am so tired. Jessica is better. She helped me and gave me 2 water bottles. Finally after one hour. I can get my room. The room is good. But there is lacking. Omg!! I must change. What a night!!! The next morning my airplane is early morning. In the information, Breakfast will start at 6 am. But not ready. I can eat some fruit while for waiting the shuttle. The step told me the shuttle was gone now. I must be waiting 15 mins. He just said waiting there. At 5.15 am, I can't see the shuttle. I checked the steps. He told me it's gone. What a day!!! "DO I NEED TO TAKE TAXI? " Finally, he called the driver. I can take a shuttle. It is a very uncomfortable experience.

The courtesy shuttle was a little roughy getting. Had to call the hotel twice to makes sure they where on the way. Normally not an issue but it was 2 degrees out. Great reception and the rooms are top notch

We waited for over 50 minutes for the airport shuttle to pick us up. (We met friends in the shuttle shelter who had been there for 10 minutes before we arrived.) All of us had called the hotel and been assured that they would be there "in 10-15 minutes". Even though staffing was probably the issue, it should be remedied, and those guests should get some compensation.

The property is a bit dated and is in need of a deep clean in the common areas. The carpets and furniture are covered in stains. The breakfast is great and comes with a lot of options. The afternoon reception is nothing to write home about. Same big bowls of communal snacks brought out each day. It feels like they are serving catering leftovers. The hotel bar and restaurant are good. We had a very nice dinner and a lot of guest took advantage of room service which is a nice option. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. The suites were ideal for us with the separate sitting area and mini kitchenette. The housekeeper we had for the week was wonderful! Parking is the biggest challenge if you don’t use the valet service which was very expensive per day. 24/7 shuttle service is great.
