Great service and location! Walking to all Vail’s attractions. Also good restaurant/bar and ski rentals. Highly recommended

The location in the village is great. However parking and getting checked in is a big inconvenience. There is no parking or valet to help with luggage, skis. When we arrived there were no parking spots to unload your gear. After waiting, and finally getting a temporary spot, you have to bring all of your luggage and skis inside. It would be wonderful to hire some valets, especially in the village. Then we drove around through the parking garage going in circles until we finally found a spot. We rented a ski in/out two weeks earlier in vail that had its own garage and valets. I will definitely be renting in the previous location instead of this location.

We stayed in a standard room and had a balcony with a nice view of the Vail trees. There's also balconies overlooking Gore Creek and Vail Village. Literally steps away from the heart of Vail Village. There's a breath-taking trail alongside Gore Creek right outside the hotel. Highly recommend.

Amazing location. Rooms are older but very clean and well kept. Hot tubs are great. Staff was helpful. Overall lovely place to stay!

Very convenient location.
The person at the desk was not very helpful and seemed bothered when I asked about a breakfast place near the hotel. He had to put his phone down.

This hotel has a great location. Like many hotels in Vail, it has no central AC so you have to sleep with the windows open. This can be a problem when you are on the front of the building which faces the Vail parking lot and the highway but other than a few loud 18 wheelers, we survived. The staff was great and the maid service was fantastic. Our unit was just a bit tired-the carpet, rugs, etc. but overall nice for the price we paid. I did have some trouble working the stupid ROKU TV! Would stay again.

Hotel is a winter destination. Not a summer. No AC and small windows.

We traveled from Denver to Vail to see the Vail Dance Festival. Although everything else at the hotel was adequate, the beds were miserable. I am not sure what type of mattress it was. It didn’t even feel like a mattress. My daughter and I did not sleep at all and woke up with sore backs.

Couldn't be happier with anything about this property. The location is fantastic; convenient to fine & casual dining, parking and everything Vail Village and the mountains have to offer. Love having the option to go out to dinner or to sit back in our 'own' living room, turn on the fireplace and watch a movie. The very friendly, helpful staff are the icing on the cake.

Mountain Haus is so convenient. Just walk out your door and you are right in town. Great amenities and helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with small kids as they provide cribs and sound machines. The only thing is no AC in the buildings so it was a little bit on a hot side during the daytime even though fans were provided.

It was a beautiful unit, fun place and amazing location. Will be back..

The bed design is a platform bed and walking around it is very tight. First thing I did was hurt my shin on the bed frame. The room we were in was directly above the pool so all the noise was heard. Also right across from the bus stop so we heard buses until about 1am. Had to have the window open because no air cond. No vending in the hotel so us to go out and find a place to buy bottles of water.

This property was amazing. My girls were in town from college and we wanted a weekend away together. This hotel and location was amazing. The pool & hot tub was beautiful & relaxing, the spa was an added bonus. The best part was The George (restaurant located in the basement of the hotel). Food, service and atmosphere was delightful. Early Bird Special Unbelievable.

I found the rate to be quite high for what the room was like...and the fact it faced I-70 so it was loud. The room was totally clean. But dated.
Also, have to pay for parking which is an additional fee I didn't realize I'd incur until check in.
Would I stay again? Only if I don't find something more updated even if it's a bit more expensive.

Vail Mountain Haus is a hidden gem in my opinion. I am a Native of Colorado, and have never stayed at this wonderful hotel.
You need to reserve a stay and see for yourself, everything about this establishment is superb!

Great location, with shops and restaurants right outside your door. Clean and updated unit w/ everything you could need including fully stocked kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff, very attentive to needs. Peaceful and secluded heated pool and hot tub.

The location and staff were wonderful. Parking at the city lot was pricey. Still a great place to stay.

Everything about our stay here. It was perfect! I came with my two best friends for skiing weekend in Vail. We absolutely would stay here again. The staff are so kind and do everything to make sure we were comfortable during our weekends day. There’s a Ski Shop downstairs that is awesome as well and it’s so nice and kind and family owned. It was really nice to have a steam and sauna at the hotel as well to warm up after a long day on slopes. And it is so centrally located that it’s walking distance to everything you need! I loved it I would absolutely return and can’t wait to come back!

Unit 565 was surprisingly nice for a property that has been around for awhile. Clearly owned by a ski family based on the pictures displaying many fun times. Well stocked and everything functioned without issue. I would seek out this unit again in the future.

We loved our stay at Vail's Mountain Haus. It started with friendly staff at check-in, beautiful condo with daily cleaning, nice spa and hot tub area and very convenient to the slopes and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Overall good stay, but dishwasher wasn’t working…front desk informed us 30 min after checking in. Heat in the master bedroom didn’t work, so they brought a space heater for next 2 days. Also safe battery was low so that wasn’t used during our stay. Too bad we couldn’t get free parking or something to make up for lack of major conveniences. Still a good location in Vail Village.

Great accommodations and great location in the heart of Vail Village.
We enjoyed the George pub which is on site. We definitely will be back.

We really had a wonderful time. Loved the ambience. Only complaint was there was no air-conditioning and we were there in July when it was unusually hot in Colorado.

Vail's Mountain Haus has a perfect location. But the room was incredibly small and cramped. The pool was in service one day then not the next. The coffee maker in the lobby was excellent, and then was out of service. For $300 plus per night I expect better than I got the next night for just $150 at La Quinta in Colorado Springs.

Great spot, the only gripe we had was the AC was not working. But pretty sure that was due to the remodeling of the building. Grant was also fantastic! Cheers.
