I checked in at the same time as a family member did. The lady he got was nice and friendly. However, my front desk lady was sour and only spoke for what she needed. I asked about the happy hour and she said 5-7 , 2 drinks. The next lady after me received a getting and explanation of the amenities. I found it rude.

This hotel is always a blessing to stay at. The breakfast is superb with many choices like omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, french toast, biscuits, grits, gravy, fruit, cereal, and many other things. Happy hours are 5:30 to 7 pm each night. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Kids running a muck through the halls, playimg with elevators, riding on luggage carts, no parental supervision. Multiple baseball teams were at hotel and just allowed kids to run wild!

I was very disappointed with my stay at the embassy. I had to ask to move twice because the first room had a STRONG smell of mold. And my second room had dried vomit all over the side of the bed which my two year old daughter picked and ate . I’m disgusted and disappointed with this hotel . I’ve only ever heard good things . But my experience was Terrible

Our room was nice and clean.We picked this hotel for hot tub, pool and the buffet breakfast/ omelet station. It did not disappoint. Hot tub/pool were down for repairs. No discounts when amenities aren't working ?? No alerts???

The bed was hard as a rock. I could not get comfortable and didn't sleep well. The heating and air panel fell off the wall in the night twice. The hvac unit was very loud. The room was very clean however as well as the rest of the property.

Attended a Comic Con with my child at the location and having a room to break up the day and spend the night made the overall experience better. Hotel was fantastic in everything they did and offered.

The hotel is nice, clean, staff is friendly. I had a room issue that required maintenance and they switched me quickly. The property is starting to show a little age in decorations, style, etc. Nothing major wrong, just a little older property.

Nice stay. The only issue we had was related to bathroom supplies. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty and we noticed the typical complimentary lotions were missing. Not a show stopper but something we noticed.

While the area has some nice businesses we couldn't help but notice it was dark and not very welcoming. The total lack of outdoor Christmas decorations was noticed by us and some other guests alsoentioned it.

Great staff. The property is just dated. The rooms need renovations/redecorating. Toilet backed up (fixed within 30 minutes), rooms are a little dark, carpet/wallpaper are dated, caulking is moldy, ceiling has water damage, TVs are too small and very dark making them hard to watch. Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was uncomfortable according to kids. Breakfast was solid.

Definitely not what you expect from such an expensive hotel. The pool and hot tub are run down and filthy. The beds are uncomfortable. The sinks and shower back up and leave you standing in water. The air in our room didnt work. It would not get below 73 no matter what we did, but we didn't want to wake the kids to have someone look at it or move rooms so we just slept in the heat. When we went to the bar, we were told we missed our free drinks that we were supposed to be told about at check in - but was never mentioned to us. The breakfast buffet was nice, but didnt start till 7am so we were super rushed to get to our wrestling tournament after eating. I've never seen breakfast start so late anywhere we have stayed. Overall, I would not come back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room we were assigned, had a broken AC when we checked in. It was 89 degrees in the room. The front desk assigned us a new room immediately and all was well. They were very responsive and it is appreciated.

Room was nice bed ok, breakfast first day was ok but Saturday breakfast was 10 times better. Real oatmeal, good omelet fresh fruit Only problem coffee shop closes early and the spa rushes everyone after they schedule you close to there closing time.

I rented our suite for a birthday party for my daughter. The curtains in the room were closed when we arrived. The girls were watching a movie and woke me in the middle of the night to tell me that there was a "bullet hole" in the window and that two of the girls had cuts on their feet from glass on the floor. I brought this to the attention of the staff first thing the next morning. They said they were aware of the situation and that they weren't sure what caused the breakage, but a new window was quite expensive so it hadn't been repaired yet. I explained that there was glass in the carpet. They were unaware of this part of the situation. In addition, I found a charm on the carpet in the middle of the living room when we first arrived. The cleaning staff is not doing a great job for these things to have been missed. There is absolutely not excuse for continuing to rent this room out with a broken window and glass falling into the room.

Manager’s Special at the bar allowed for pregaming before a short walk to the AMP. Comfortable bed and soft towels. Dominos even delivered our food within 15-20 minutes after our concert!

Rooms temps are regulated and cooling is terrible. Front desk did provide fan when requested. Waited over an hour to get dinner at restaurant. Complimentary breakfast was disappointing. Not worth the price we paid.

The hotel itself is fine but i paid double to stay here from other places in the area because the property offers a restaurant. This should NOT be called a restaurant. My plan was to stay in each night, work to prepare for meetings the following day and eat in the hotel restaurant. The food is beyond garbage. I ordered a turkey club that was made from packaged turkey on toasted white bread. If only i could post photos then the reality of what im saying would really come to life, what a total waste of money.
