Pool and hot tub were very cold. We asked the guy working about it and he came and turned the knob to the minute for the hot tubs jets to work. And don’t know it was something else. It would be nice for the hotel site to put something about the pool and hot tub not working. We could have went somewhere else. Knowing those weren’t working properly

The property was in a decent location close to shopping centers. Pool area and exercise room could use a little upkeep. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The room was in need of upgrading. Bathroom tub was discoloured. Shower fixture was leaking. Furniture needed replacement. Found hair on the bathroom floor which was not cleaned by staff.

The hotel is a bit run down and not in the best shape. Our room faced the highway and was noisy until late. The bed was firm with what appeared to be children’s pillows. We have stayed at many comfort inns over the years and this one’s near the bottom. I’d spend a bit more money next time and stay somewhere else if we were in the area

Overall it was okay. The breakfast was the only thing that was good. The room was musty smelling but clean. The bathroom was in not the best shape, it looked the bathtub had been repaired and they never finished it and the stopper was missing as well. The pool was not the best either, sticky fly traps hanging around and a cold hot tub with no one or no way to adjust the heat. The last thing is the side door that goes to the parking lot that requires a room key tk get in was broken and was just left open to whomever wanted to wander in along with 40 degree chill, and the front desk didn't know anything about or do anything about it. So overall the breakfast was good and the beds were good, and everything else was bad. Would I stay again? Probably not. I personally would give a different hotel a try.

Our stay was okay . The microwave didn’t work we told the front desk and nothing was able to be done only choice was to use the lobby’s and with kids that’s just too much of a hassle. And to top it off the AC didn’t cool it was like 99 outside and once again nothing was able to be done the room felt muggy since the AC on high cool didn’t work over all it was okay front desk girl said she would talk to the manager but we have yet to see if they refund anything to us.

Beds were wore out,feel the springs in the matress, ac had to be fiddled with to get to work, tvwas janky, dirty,shower drain wasnt connected, smelled like mildew when walked in the room. When i called to make sure it was all set up, i got the run around ..and after 20 minutes, i got confirmation...it was terrible.

There was a lot of flies in the dining room and in the pool area. The bathroom in the rooms were old. The ice machine on the second and third floors didn’t work and main lobby bathroom door didn’t lock. The staff at the customer service desk was not very friendly and they didn’t want to help customers. The maids and dining service staff were very friendly and very helpful!!! The main lobby area and the beds were nice. The front desk staff didn’t care about anything what the customers needed, but they gradually did it. When we arrived and leaving the front desk office staff didn’t greeted us at all. They were not even up at the front desk both times we had to wait for them to come up. When we told them about the ice machine and main lobby bathroom door not locking they kept on arguing with us. There was some of the groups of people that was staying there would stare at you and point at you in the commons areas. There was also a lot of groups of people who stayed there that was very friendly and nice to you.

I booked this hotel mainly because the listing said it had a pool. When arrived the not so friendly front desk person said their pool was out of order. If the pool is out of order they should make a note on the listing so people don’t book and ask questions to the not so friendly staff.

THERE wasan't really much to like. The property is old and neglected I think their weak efforts to restore aRE TOO LITTLE, TOO LATE.

The place was really run down and dirty. Flies everywhere, tables in the dining room sticky and gross, the carpet in my room was almost sticky.

I only stayed one night and have stayed here before on business. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean . The breakfast was very nice for the price. The only negative is the maintenance on the property, especially the exterior, needs some attention. I know the condition of the lawn and landscaping doesn’t affect the cleanliness inside but when it comes to curb appeal I would’ve passed this property up.

The location was convenient. The breakfast was good. Cleanliness was good.
The problems. The room door latch was work out. Very difficult to open. The TV, Refrigerator, microwave did not work. One of the bedside lamps didn't work.

Mold on bathroom ceiling. Crusty stains on bedding. Black spattered stains on white curtains. Smelled like cigarettes. Hole in shower wall, small and circular.

It is convenient for traveling through for the night. There is shopping and restaurants nearby. It seems to be a hub for work crews and wide load front cars. However, it was quiet and felt safe overall. The property and room are a little tired, but nothing too unsightly. I found the bed to be comfortable, but very small pillows. Bring your own:). For a Monday night, it was a bit pricey, but isn’t everything these days?

HORRIBLE SMELL! We checked into room #101 about 12:30am. As soon as we stepped into the room we were overpowered by a mildew, wet animal odor. The bedding was damp and had quite a bit of hair on it. I was going to ask for a new room but the hallway only smelled a little better so I figured every room probably smelled the same. We had wanted to sleep in a bit because we were tired from prior day's travels but we couldn't sleep past 6:30am because the smell was so bad. The breakfast was decent but the hotel appears poorly maintained and in need of updates (walls in room were dirty and furniture was very worn, hallway carpet was torn and snagged, tiles in bathroom were old and grout/caulk poorly applied and dirty, tub and surround were yellowing with age, access door on side of hotel was not locked . . . card reader was broken or not activated).

The breakfast was decent, I’ll give them that. The staff was rude. Our AC wasn’t working in the room when we first got there so we asked to move rooms because we have 2 small children, they argued, finally got us another room & they double charged us & argued about that too. Our ice bucket in both rooms were moldy. The pool area was dirty & seemed not well kept. Will not be staying at another comfort inn.

The room did not have any soap. Thinking they had just forgotten to put it in I went to the front desk ti ask for some. The clerk told me they had run out of soap two days ago and their order hadn’t come in.

The check in person wasn't very friendly or considerate. I didn't seem to matter to her at all. But I've stayed at this location many times and enjoy it's convenience for my travel.

The front desk staff were very unfriendly when answering simple questions. The receptionist had her baby with her during her shift making her unavailable to assist. The pictures given when I booked the room is different in person, more dated. There were holes in the walls and broken shelf in the bathroom. Very little parking.

Leaking sink faucet, broken sink stopper, and the deadbolt on the door did not fit, therefore no deadbolt on door. Needs to be dusted.

Wish there were more bed options for handicapped rooms. Offering only a king bed does not meet our needs.

My children were unable to swim due to the small size of the pool and there was a family in it with no space for my 2 children. There were no chairs to sit and watch them if they decided to get in. Staff was friendly. Rooms are poorly kept and outdated for the price. Caulking and repairs were very visible.

Everything was dirty,floors,bathroom,walls etc. The pillows were very uncomfortable as well as the mattress.

Elevator out entire 4 day stay. Had to ask for shampoo daily.
Soft drink machines took money twice. Coffee in rooms is horrible. Staff was nice.
