Cleanliness, Breakfast was good.

I liked the location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby area was clean and welcoming. The bathroom was clean. The room for the most part was clean. When my key stopped working the gentleman working at the desk fixed it right away and was very polite. There is a vending machine for drinks.
The room appeared to be cleaned however when we were putting our stuff down we found that there was an item left in the room. I am assuming it was from a previous guest. Under the air conditioner the floor was dirty. There was no drinking water. Going to the swimming pool, it was hot like no air was going through. There was no light to turn on when it started to get dark. There were dirty used pool towels on the floor. No other towels for use could be found. They grass/ dog area the trash was over flowing and trash all over the grass and parking lot.
