Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. Hot tub is really nice.
Indoor pool was too cold to swim in. Little odd to be in the hot tub, or pool, and be looking at people eating in the steak house. Or maybe more odd for them... Haha

The lady at the front desk was extremely accommodating. She was beyond helpful and friendly! It was our little one’s birthday and she made it extra special for us with extra swimming accommodations due to that being a huge reason we came to stay for his birthday. Loved having the option of a restaurant right there. Free breakfast was great! Having the option to have a paid breakfast was nice, as well!
It was extremely loud in our room from hearing other people in their room next to us/across the hallway and in the hallways. Kids were very obnoxious at the pool area and took over the hot tub completely. This lasted for hours. Pool was ice cold. Front desk lady made other accommodations for us, which was tremendous!!

Friendly staff. cleanliness
Only had 1 elevator toward front of building. Was on 2nd floor at opposite end of building due to needing pet friendly room, which made if difficult because spouse uses oxygen and with current heat made it difficult for him.
