Having stayed at other Best Western Plus hotels we were expecting a certain standard that wasn't there. Maybe it's that they are changing all their hotels to be Plus. With a price per night of $300+ you think they would work on the interior of the hotel, which needs updating specially the rooms themselves.
The food at the included breakfast buffet was good, however there's no staff to clean the tables or if you have any questions. The people at the restaurant in the morning only serve food, guests are expected to clean their own table as that was the case for that Saturday morning. Another note on the restaurant, it tries really hard to be gourmet but it's hard to justify spending what they are charging for mains based on the staff and general feel of the restaurant. Feels closer to a bar and grill than Bistro. Appetizers were fine.
Overall I would try out alternative hotels if I'm staying in the area again.
It would have been good to know that the indoor hot tub was out of service

The service at the hotel was great. We were very disappointed that our room looked nothing like the picture for a jetted tub room pictured on the website. Instead of the corner jacuzzi pictured on the website it was just a regular tub with dirty jets in the washroom. I wouldn’t have upgraded to the jetted tub room had I known this was the case. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. It was also a very quiet area. Unfortunately the eggs and hash browns for breakfast were cold. Sausage and waffles were great.

Have stayed at this hotel many times however this may have been our last. Hotel is pet friendly which is OK however we had rooms beside a room where someone left two dogs on their own for several hours. Barking was constant until 2:45am. Despite requests to front desk there seemed to be little done to correct the situation. Also, breakfast in morning we had to ask for cloth to wipe down table as it still had food crumbs on it. Staff were juts standing around talking. Cleanliness and service has went downhill. Disappointing stay and not much effort by staff to make it any better.

The check in process was seamless, the staff helpful and courteous and the accommodations are everything you need. Had a great stay. Would definitely stay again. Warren, the bus driver, is awesome!

Waited in line for 45 min to check in. Room was very dated, Dresser was missing a drawer and no jacuzzi In room which is what I paid for. Not worth the $300 I paid for a night…

We stayed here when seeing a concert at casino Rama. The check in was fast, staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and large. They offer a shuttle bus for $10 per person to and from the casino which was so great. Even give a breakfast voucher, not too many places do anymore. Would stay again!

Looks newly renovated. The two women on the evening front desk shift (Dec2) we’re lovely and helpful!

Room was good. Very small shower with low ceilings in the bathroom. Hot tub was not functioning and the gym was the afterthought type. Bed had ruts so you were stuck in a spot. Sheets and towels were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise as it said continental but it actually had everything and then some. Coffee was weak, make coffee in the room and bring it for fresh milk/cream if needed.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the Casino was convenient and a good price. There was lots of variety at the included breakfast.

The picture of the room showed a jetted tub by the bed nut it was in the bathroom and the jet water ports were dirty, for that we did not use the tub we only had showers.

Bathroom walls were disgusting
We had to replace key to room 6 times from 9pm and 930am and no it was not near a cell phone or magnetic strip it would just stop working.
No elevators does not make it accessible to people with health issues.
No bible in the room first hotel I’ve ever stayed in that did not have one
Told the hot tub was broken down.
Breakfast was not great eggs crusty and terrible, sausages taste like plastic hash browns were never topped up. Waffle station was good.
Did not see an ice machine or was not told of any.

Beds were comfortable, check-in was easy, and the $10 shuttle to and from the casino was nice. Otherwise we had an unfortunate stay.
When we arrived we checked over the room and discovered two pairs of mens underwear and a pair of socks in the dresser. Made us question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. They had someone come temove them when we went to dinner.
The TV remote also didn't work, and we hoped to used the hot tub onsite but were told it was broken. Also had a $20 pet charge added to our bill on checkout even though we didn't have a pet nor did I ever request a pet friendly room. Will likely look for a different hotel on my next visit.

Had a problem with Expedia booking the wrong room at the hotel. The hotel staff (Ben) did the best they could do to assist me as Expedia left me high and dry. I've stayed at the hotel a few times prior and never had an issue with the hotel as staff always been friendly and courteous. Rooms are clean and good value based on current rates.

While booking the room we had booked a Standard king room with a jetted bathtub inside the room but on arrival we were given a room with a very small jetted bathtub in the bathroom. It was the occasion of our anniversary and we were really looking forward to it but were disappointed on that part. I am not sure if its a problem with Expedia or the hotel.

The beds are very comfortable. We were 3 adults in the room however there was just 2 facecloths and 2 hand towels. There should be enough bath linens for the amount of people in the room. You should not have to ask for it.

Generally, a clean and quiet hotel.
When I checked in, I was not notified about their policy regarding cleaning my room. The sign they had was hidden behind another sign on the counter so I didn’t see it. Staff should tell guests the policy rather than depend on a sign!
When I asked for the garbage to be taken out in my room and a general clean up, the dirty towels were not collected. I brought down the dirty towels to reception. I also had to ask for toilet paper.
This is not the service I would expect from Best Western.
