The room was good the only thing i didn't like was the tub was dirty other than that it was all good the grab and go breakfast was more less coffee and snacks fr I would suggest if your looking forward for breakfast bring your own the reason why the rooms come with a kitchenette I dont believe theres an ice mechanic i didn't see one anywhere there no HBO or STARZ but if you bring chrome cast or firestick etc and pay for the upgraded wifi youll be koo

I got to the hotel late at night and there wasn't anyone there to check me in or let me in, so I was unable to stay. It's hard to describe the facility without having gotten the chance to stay there. I would like a refund.

Better than the Hilton next door, but could still improve the cleanliness factor. Also the toilet seat was chewed (dog) and should have been replaced. Otherwise, this is our preferred hotel along this street.

Our room smelled cigarettes. I complained and what the staff did was gave us Fabreze spray. We stayed for 3 nights and didn't come and clean the room not even once. I will not recommend this place to my friends and family.

This stay felt like a trip on Frontier or Spirit Air. The price was low, but for a reason. The breakfast was pathetic. The same offerings every day we were there (7days). Nothing for someone who is diabetic or someone who can't have caffeine. When I needed a plunger, it was like I was asking for a free night. Overall, not a great stay.

We liked that the property was well maintained. The rates were very comparable to the lesser, well known properties in the area. I mean the other hotel has plain walls, no in room coffee, Painted a hideous orange... Extended has a larger more comfortable room,and full sized refrigerator, convenient kitchen, full size table with chairs a recliner and a not quite continental breakfasOh,and windows that open to allow a fresh breeze into the room. Yeah! We'll be back! Well worth the few extra $$ to stay at Extended Stay!

Bathroom door that I was in didn’t lock at all, it was broken. A sense of security was gone while I would be using it and showering. The stay was decent and average, everything else worked fine.

I’m giving this hotel a favorable rating because the price was the lowest in the area. But it is a sparse hotel. Have to request shampoo. Breakfast was granola bars.

If you're looking for a standard experience hotel stay, this isn't it. I should have read into the name "Extended Stay" more. The setup is somewhere between a hotel room and an apartment. There is no carpeting, and there is a sparsely furnished kitchenette. You will need to ask for items like shampoo and a hair dryer (which they ran out of). The bathroom is one large wet area, and the underside of the toilet seat was not cleaned. Walls were thin, and I could hear conversations through them. The first night, someone pounded on my door after 10 pm. When I looked out the peephole, noone was there. All in all a weird experience for me. The staff was friendly, but it looked like it was one guy who was doing everything. This place is more suited to people who have with them more of the basics, or who are staying long enough that they would be inclined to go and buy them.

Had a great stay here for three nights during a work trip. The room and hotel had all of the amenities that I needed and the front desk staff (Mark and Shay) were incredibly kind, understanding and accommodating. This particular ESA is without question the nicest I have stayed at. Look no further for a budget-friendly stay in the San Mateo area.

Typical Extended Stay America (ESA). Lets face it, ESA’s are not high end hotels and the clientele can be sketchy which is why I don’t frequent them. Also, ESA’s don’t provide shampoo and lotions - a la Motel 6, so don’t forget to bring your own. But I needed a place close to where I was visiting with laundry, so I pulled the trigger on this one. All in all, it was quiet, clean, lots of parking, mini-kitchen with utensil’s, and overall met my needs. I don’t generally recommend ESA’s to anyone, but this one was not bad. Take that for what it’s worth and roll the dice if you want.

According to Extended Stay America, Premier Suites are supposed to feature an "elevated experience" with "fully equipped kitchens" and a "free healthy breakfast" among other things. However, this hotel is extremely basic. They have a completely unstocked kitchenette, you have to ask for cups, dishes, silverware, pans, etc. and walk down to the desk to get them. There is one small bar of soap, but no shampoo, cups, coffee, or any of the things you get in a basic hotel. They only provide housekeeping once a week and won't come sooner even when asked. If you ask for more towels, they tell you to bring the used ones down to the front desk before they will give you more. The provided "breakfast" includes coffee, granola bars, and packaged muffins with a few yogurts until they run out and there is nowhere to sit and eat it. Coffee is also only provided during that short window when "breakfast" is set out, there was none when we left at 5am for the airport. Our room was clean, but not amazing with almost no water pressure and a bad leak in the shower.
