Room was very clean and outlets were easily available. Hotel, like many casinos, was smokey and it was pervasive throughout the hotel. No coffee in the room.

The casino Hotel was awesome. The food was excellent at the restaurant and the restrooms was always clean and tidy. The hotel is easy to get to and it has several fast food places, convenient stores and restaurants around in walking distance. We will stay here again on our next visit!

The Stay was superb and shout out to Lori Hill at the Cannery that woman deserves a raise! We brought our non verbal adult son with a mental impairment to Vegas for a dr appointment and he was so upset about the hot tub being closed and Lori coordinated with their sister hotel- Aliente so that my son could go in the hot tub. It was really sweet. We will have beautiful memories with him being able to do that. The people at cannery are amazing. Their sister hotel was amazing too. Good people here and if come back any day!

Good price for the rooms. However they need to be updated. Bathroom had old lighting and mirror frames were really dated. The room was clean and comfortable.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here for business, but there were monor issues that didn't severely afftected our trip, so to us it wasn't a big deal. The hair dryer didnt work, but i brought my own, the iron board made a slight imprint on my husband dress shirt, but he had an extra one for the convention (I will. Try to get the stain out at home), the sheet had an inch tear in the middle, but didnt deter from the soft and comfy feel of the bed (great night sleep). I did tell the front desk, so they can fix it for the next guest. I still would stay there again for the cleanliness of the room, comfy bed. Safe environment.

The hotel is older and reflected as much. The floors were dirty and the shower curtains were barely attached. The smoke from the casino wafts down the hallways and into the rooms. People in a joining room smoked enough weed that the smoke came under my door and into my room. When I asked for a different room I was told no. Rebooked at another hotel and was denied a refund for the days that I didn’t stay at the hotel.

Everything was as expected. Service staff in the restaurant was EXCELLENT. TV signal was lost on the second day of stay and never returned but thankfully we weren’t in the room very much. Gift shop was a nice feature.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the smoke in the are caused me some breathing issues and I was unable to spend time in the casino. Food at the "Victory Cafe" was great and service was fast.

This was my third time staying here. I mainly visit Las Vegas for conventions. Most hotels have gotten out of control with pricing. The Cannery still has some decent prices. I love the ease of parking. You can park very close to your room so there's not really much of a walk. Not the hotels fault, but I remember every visit there sometimes being the smell of weed. The rooms have all been very clean and well kept. The pillows are very stiff, so I don't use them. I need to remember to bring my own. I drive, so this isn't a problem. I don't gamble, and usually on a budget, so the very close proximity to Sam's club for gas, Dollar Tree for snacks, and a number of fast food places is amazing. The drive to the convention center is really easy. Overall, I've been very happy staying at the Cannery, and I'll be back again!

The stay overall was good, I've been here before but never stayed until this trip. It's a nice location with a lot of food options around which is good because there's ot much food options inside the casino/hotel. It is clean, rooms are nice and modern. However the reason why I gave it 2 stars and not 5 are 3 reasons: 1. Check in only had one receptionist and there was a line of 10 waiting to be checked in. Why only 1 person to check in at a hotel/casino!?! He was very nice though once we did get to him. 2. There was leftover food in the fridge makes me think how well was this room REALLY cleaned? 3. The bathroom sink won't drain Without these 3 issues this stay would of been a 5 out of 5 for sure.

We did not even stay at the hotel. We booked with kids and not knowing the pool was closed. We tried to cancel the booking but the hotel refused. Poor customer service of the hotel and would not stay there because of that. Hotels.com really needs to put service disruptions in a clearer way. This is the second time that we have booked at the pool was closed and we did not know because the warning was in super fine print at the very bottom of the page I feel they need to put the icon in yellow if there is some service disruption going on at that time or some indicator of this in a clear way.

Everything was fine but the hotel site should have said seasonal next to spa. There pool and spa were closed. Even in the fall a lot of people would use a heated spa.

It was hard to find the hotel check-in, but once inside it was fast and easy. The valet parking (that you pay for in the resort fee) was not running. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Clean and quiet.

I liked that the parking was free and that there close parking to the rooms, you didn't have to walk all the way across the casino with your luggage to get from parking to your room

The Cannery quite the hidden jewel. The price was super reasonable, clean and rooms were very nice. I will be staying here on all my future trips.
