It was a great stay. My wife and I slept well all 3 nights. Breakfast was awesome and Jonna was the best with her co-workers. I want to acknowledge the hard work they do to give everyone a filling experience. I also took advantage of the well equipped fitness center. What i didnt like was the floor creaked as you walked, the rails on the bed sticks out and I hurt myself several times. That is very unsafe to me. Lastly, our room keys kept getting deactivated and that was an inconvenience as we were tired from visiting family and friends. The last thing we wanted to do was tiredly go back to the front desk for a room key again.

Staff was less than friendly. Upon leaving I gave the desk clerk my room number and said we were checking out. She didn’t speak or nod or even respond.

It was a very nice room. What I would expect except every tile on the floor in the bathroom and entryway was loose. Could be a hazard hopefully will be fixed the next time I stay.

I liked the room and the area , it was clean and lots of places to eat and shop. I had a problem with our toilet not working and the water, and had to call someone in to come fix it. He fixed the problem right away but we had to wait a bit to get looked at. Other than that it was very nice.

Needs updating. Gaps around doors. Potholes in parking lot. Limited choices for breakfast. Not the usual standard expected from H I Express.

For a quick trip, it was an okay stay. Definitely starting to show age and could do with some upgrades. Cleaning seemed to be done in a rush. Some trash was left in the room and not all complimentary toiletries were there. Would stay again just for the convenience of location.

This property is CLEAN! From the sidewalk in front of the main entrance, through the lobby, in the breakfast room, in the elevator, and all the hallways, not a single piece of garbage/debris...and the room was spotless and smelled clean, too!

The best thing about this property was the staff. Helpful, friendly. The property is extremely difficult to find. It is off of a back street through a shopping center and car dealership. There are no signs giving directions and there is no sign at the parking lot entrance. It is on a major interstate with heavy traffic all night. Difficult to sleep.

The room was nice and it had recently been updated. The hallways and elevator appeared to need a little love. They weren't looking too great (lots of carpet rips and peeling paint). The breakfast was expansive -- especially for a hotel complementary breakfast! The pool was decent -- our biggest issue was a lack of pool towels and peeling paint. There was a really nice patio right off the pool area. So that was great for our family to hang out at. At check in they asked if I wanted the room serviced or just clean towels daily. I asked for servicing. We were there three nights and our room wasn't cleaned or serviced once. We had to walk down to the front desk to ask for clean towels.

When we checked in, we were given our keys to two different rooms. Both rooms were occupied already, scaring the people in the room. This was at midnight. The attendant was less than friendly and not willing to accommodate to make right their error in double booking. No offer to comp our rooms etc. I contacted them earlier in the week to make known that we would be having a late check in. Also made us take a separate elevator than her ( only 1 in the hotel) because of her fear of covid and shoving us out of the way when we tried to enter. She blamed the other workers to making this error. She called for her manager to help and he just stayed in his office unwilling to help and there was a lobby full of people waiting (this was after a late Cardinals game). We stay here multiple times a year when we visit St Louis. We will not be returning.

Room 318 was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was nice each day. Internet never worked all 4 days I was there. TV had no signal. Front desk couldn't help. Parking filled up quickly.

stay was good except for it took forever for the water to get warm in the shower and also the tile grout on the bathroom floor looked very dirty. Also we normally travel with pets so would not be able to stay here. Should consider making this holiday inns a pet friendly hotel.

my partner and I take a mini vacation every year for our anniversary and this hotel by far smashed them all. I loved everything about this stay. All of the staff we interacted with were a 10/10. Everyone was super kind. The breakfast was outstanding, every single morning it slapped. The room was comfortable and the bed was too. The pool was the perfect temp! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
