The stay was very nice. Room was cleaned daily, new towels and such replaced. I would stay here again. There was no creepy crawling bugs of any kind in my room or inside motel. Staffwas very helpful with questions I had .

Really nice except smell of cigarette smoke on second floor ( half of third floor is smoking. So if you're Not a smoker stay on first floor.

It was decently clean…but it was IMCREDIBLY loud. Like kids screaming all night. Also one of our two full beds were broken? And sank in weird places. BUT for $60 stay it’s fine.

The tv did not work in the room. It was very loud in the late evening, early morning hours as it sounded like people were jumping or running in the room above us. No amenities in room such as coffee pot or blow dryer. Floors unswept. Wish there was a “do not disturb” sign so that we wouldn’t have been disturbed by housekeeping.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the halls reeked of cigarette smoke. The shower took about 20 minutes to get warm and dripped a pretty steady stream all night.

Next room had adjoining door and people had kids playing at 1AM. Had to call front desk to complain. You can’t blame hotel for that and she quieted them down immediately.

Good motel for a quick one night stay. The parking lot had bright lights. The rooms were comfortable. The refrigerator made a noise all night and the water dripped from the shower all night. It was annoying. It was affordable, convenient, and allowed free pets so I didn't have to pay extra for my dog.

Staff was ok- but the property itself is not as pictured. Main complaint is the bugs in the shower- very disgusting. Rooms are very basic; not even a coffee pot or hair dryer in the rooms. There is coffee in the lobby every morning, but that is very inconvenient. No place to keep your luggage or areas to really organize yourself. I will never stay here again- thought it would be better with the rooms on the inside, but that is very deceiving.

Foul….. stay anywhere else, a dumpster maybe your car. This place is rancid, there were cigarette burn holes in the comforters, the bathtub was stained brown for some reason, and roaches galore. The third floor elevators opened and cigarette smoke bellowed in like wildfire and almost took the family out. The front desk lady was great, but that is the ONLY thing. If you stay bring raid and a gas mask.

I was in the last room on the first floor and the door that goes outside does not close properly/all the way so it kept waking me up slamming. Also microwave was pretty gross and mold in clean shower. I decided not to shower there. I stopped observing the room after that scared of what i might find. You get what you pay for. The front desk staff was polite tho so theres that!

The smell of tobacco and illegal smoking substances was very strong in the stairwells. The outside key to the back entrance by the parking did not work. The electrical plugs in the room for charging devices and for the non-functioning fridge were not working. The bathroom was clean. The bed had a roll-away shoved into the corner. I dropped an item on the floor (hardwood) and under the bed was filthy with dust. at 4:50AM the fire alarm started going off. The fire department came. The staff did not come to the residential rooms to stay either it was a malfunction or an actual emergency. After 15 minutes of shrill ringing, we obviously couldn't sleep, so we left while it was still dark.

It was a pleasure stay. We have nk complaints room was clean and very nice for a smoking room tbh. Me and my gf loved that it isnt far from everything. Definitely worth ur $ will definitely come again

didn't like -- no breakfast, but they did have coffee and tea and vending machines no carpet but this is what made it perfect for a dog friendly motel lots of fast food restaurants nearby, as well as some regular restaurants -- a lot of choices

Staff was unobtrusive and the room was cleaned and fresh towels placed each day! There was no objection to our 2 dogs that were with us for the dog show. Everyone was kind and friendly. The hotel needs some renovation but was a good deal for the price!

Will stay again if I am in Roswell. The staff was always available at the front desk and were friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable. I appreciated the daily cleaning and coming in to find my bed made. The location is also convenient/ withing walking distance of shopping, dining, walmart, gas staion, bank…. The pool was always clean and nice to relax,but the hot tub was out of order for the majority of my stay. No breakfast is offered, but there is fresh tea and coffee. Would highly recommend.

I liked this property because of the staff, they were very kind and accommodating when the room we originally booked was not cleaned upon check in and there were no more king size beds available. They even offer pool towels at the front desk so you don't have to use the towels from your room. The pool was nice but very cold and my husbands eyes were burning for a while because he made the mistake of opening his eyes under water. (Had a lot of chlorine) The first room they gave us was completely dirty, the bed was unmade and there was trash everywhere, I didn't even want to see the bathroom situation. Once we were moved to our new room on the first floor we were grateful, but very quickly our smiles kind of faded. The beds were clean but we found some mysterious little curly hairs on our pillows. The bathtub faucet was dripping and no matter how much we tightened it, it wouldn't stop dripping, It continued all day and night and we didn't want to let the staff know just out of pure exhaustion, driving for 8hrs we didn't care at that point. We never found a remote to the TV, not that we could find anyways, but we had our laptop so it wasn't a big deal. Overall I would say this place needs a little tune up, but the staff and maintenance people were super! They even got the hottub working while we were there.
