Heat did not work in the room. Fridge would not get cold. bed sheets had large holes in them. Microwave was missing the plate. Toilet had broken parts. The water from the shower head only came out of one side. I can go on but will never stay there again!

Remote controls didn't work..even after they were "fixed".

My husband, son and I recently stayed in your queen family suite. It was a good sized room with two queen beds and sleeper sofa. It had a dining table in it as well. The sleeper sofa was old and had some worn out areas. The room was not very clean. It looked liked it needed to be vacuumed and the toilet had toilet cleaner left on it that was not wiped off. The room was missing a hair dryer. I specifically looked on line to make sure there would be a hair dryer in the room so I didn't need to bring mine. So I was understandably upset when upon returning from swimming to find none. I asked at the front desk for a hair dryer and was told that they would "find" me one. And if they didn't find one tonight they would bring it in the morning. Well, you guessed it, no one brought a hair dryer. The rooms are very noisy. You can hear everything. The rest of the hotel seemed clean and the water park area was kept clean as well. I think the bathrooms/locker room area could use some regular cleanings. That place was gross.

It was alright overall , when we got to the room the blanket was ripped full of holes , we didn’t have any towels in our bathroom, no extra bedding for the pull out couch and looked like the room was cleaned in a hurry. Other then that everything was great.

Room was set up weird but was nice, and bathroom was small. Staff was friendly and water park was fun. It was hard finding a spot to put your things. The outside pool area was messy (people were rudely messy), half arcade games didn’t work , took your money or didn’t give tickets. The restaurant is okay, kinda spendy and didn’t have flavor. Overall the kids loved it though.

This was one of the few times I’ve been less than impressed with the Tundra Lodge. The floor of our room was soaked by the door, likely from the past group leaving wet towels or suit there. The bed was not comfortable. We reserved a room for 5 and didn’t have anything available to make the hide-a-bed with and only had 4 towels. Little things but things that were not an issue in the past. The rooms are getting old and grungy…could use updating given the price charged. Also the only time we’ve stayed that we’ve had to pay for water passes, in the past we received the number of passes for the number of people on our reservation. Overall the kids had fun, just some of the little things that make the experience better and easier were missed.

Water park not very clean, hot tubs were dirty.
Had to change rooms because window treatment was pulled off the wall, sister had to get room cleaned because it was not at time of check in. Food in restaurant cold and not very good. T V in my room did not work!
Too expensive for this visit.
Will not come again.

Room was dirty and covered in dust and cob webs. My children were so sick after swimming. The smell outside of the pool was that of a sweaty woman on her period. Just disgusting

Nice place and very family oriented
The Waterpark was closed for maintenance but we still had to pay a resort fee

We had a good time. Just alittle too busy.

The appearance was nice and the staff was great. Room was spacious and layout was amazing. We stayed in the 2 level room. The electric fireplace did not work, the fridge cabinet was broken in the front and the bedding was very much lacking for the price. The biggest issue was the waterpark for me. It seems like the Lodge caters more to the surrounding public as a waterpark instead of hotel guests (could be just my opinion). Should not have a resort fee if public utilize the facilities as well. The water had far to many chemicals in it. The hot tub was so bad it burned your nose and eyes. The waterpark itself was very nice and a solid layout with plenty for kids to do. I most likely would not stay here again but I am geared more towards comforts such as good bedding. I would not say to not try the place out as it might be great for you. Definitely better for younger kids up to early teens and the chemical thing might have been a 1 off mistake but not certain. The breakfast buffet wasn't great for the price but definitely was good with many choices.

Water park closed for majority of week through the winter months- did not state that in booking. Check in took about 20 mins due to busyness of front desk and amount of people to check in. Once in our room the overall look was fine. There were old toothpicks and empty beer cans behind bench, had we not pulled it out to use for seating we wouldn’t have seen this. Kind of gross though that the cleaning crew didn’t clean this prior to us. Top sheet on bed were very dirty/stained, which was gross so we pulled it off the beds and slept without it. Beds were very comfortable- beauty rest beyond mattresses. Room appeared to have had water damage by ceiling at one point and was poorly repaired. Cheap cheap toilet paper. Overall for no longer than we were in the hotel it was fine, but wouldn’t come back to stay for a weekend. Too many flaws for the price.

The property is beautiful, but when we got to our room, the pull out bed was broken. When asking the front desk for help, we were advised that there were no rooms available to switch. We thought about just leaving and going home as there wasn’t enough room for all of us to sleep in the room. At that point the staff said they may have one room available. we were traveling with teenagers and a two year old and we did not have time to move it to a new room. The other adult and myself literally picked up the pull out couch and moved it to our room as the staff said they could not assist. In the process, my friend completely busted off her toenail.
It was a complete disaster of a night. No blankets or sheets were given for the pull up bed until we asked. Then we had to ask again for another blanket.
We had no hot water in the sink on Sunday. We also had to ask for more towels in which big towels were only brought. We had to call the front desk and ask for hand towels a second time.
We were offered a refund but I was told I would have to come back the next day to get the details. I came back Sunday and was told they didn’t have time to do it that I would get it by 11 AM. 11 AM came and went I had called them as we had left already and was told I would get an email with the refund amount by 3 PM. 3 PM came and went and no email. I ended up calling and was disappointed in the answers. We were there for a birthday and it was a bust!

The water park, arcade and onsite dining options made it a very enjoyable stay.

The water park was closed for maintenance. Found out after I had booked. Our first room’s heater roared like a freight train, but they did move us promptly since the hotel was nearly empty. Room was comfortable and reasonably clean.

Tundra lodge definitely needs an update! The rooms are definitely outdated! Our bathtub had a huge noticeable chip on the inside. Our sink would clog up because the drain plug wouldn’t work. No cable tv? Also, the heat couldn’t be regulated well at all, at night time, my kids were freezing and I had it set to 70. The water park area was highly chlorinated, to the point my mother n law and one of my kids were coughing the entire time, and said their eyes burned. The outdoor hot tub was closed ( due to such cold weather). The staff at the front desk was wonderful, that I can say! For the price they charge, they definitely could update things!

Bar was closed due to the snow storm but the guy working at the front desk was hot so it’s a win 😉

The rooms were clean and comfortable, we liked the location, and staff was very helpful. Our only complaint is that they charged $14 for breakfast and it wasn't any better than a breakfast you can get a less expensive hotels that provide a free breakfast, which was very disappointing.

Kids had fun at the water park and arcade. Very noisy even after 10pm. Need more moving carts, couldn't find one at checkout time. Front desk was 50/50. Some were very nice, others short with guests. The bar scene was very boring and pricey.

Room was dirty. Rooms are old and grungy. Water park is small. Food options limited. Water park area dirty and pool towels not kept up with. Would not recommend.

I enjoyed my time with grandkids. Some of the checkin people were great ithers not so much. Snack bar in pool, girl busted her butt. And for the record, the puzza was shockingly good. The arcade, kerp your coins close, 2x had issues with adults taking them! How, the guy, aka fixer was amazing. He was kind, talked about his 8 year old and just truthfully a good representation of your establishment. I would return.

Our stay was not pleasant, room was dirty, the sheet didn’t even fit on the queen bed. The walls are super thin and heard the room next to us, kids running down the halls through the night. The rooms could use some TLC cause it felt so dirty in there. Was super crazy in the water park and could not even find a table to sit at. Would be nice if the water park was only for the people staying at the resort for the price we payed. Probably won’t stay there again cause it was a bad experience for us.
4.0
Room not ready after waiting 30 minutes in line to check in, charged resort fee when the fitness room was out of order, the hotel was uncleanly, paint chipping, air conditioning didn't work, missing coffee, too many disappointments to list.
