Friendly staff but not as helpful as l expected for a 5 star. Hotel is in very good condition but not top. Breakfast is superb but very expensive in comparison to other 5 star properties. Best location near the park, train station and the main shopping area. We liked the room as it was clean and quiet but no balcony or view. Wouldnt stay here again as it was a one off experience and the cost is way too high for our budget.

The staff did a wonderful job, and the upgrade due to my proposal celebration was fantastic. Views of the Terrance were wonderful and the interior lobby decor is fantastic. Would stay again!

Lovely hotel, world class feel but also homey. Every staff member is top notch. Will only stay here in Madrid.
Also try the CEBO restaurant.

Great Hotel with amazing staff which were super friendly and helpful. We felt at home the moment we walked in. Nice rooftop terrace.
