Good location to the beach.but doors to rooms did not fit the frame! At least 2 inch gap on the bottom and almost an inch on the side! I had to put a towel down to muffle the noise.I could clearly hear every person walking and talking in the hallway and the air conditioner was extremely loud. It worked but it was sooo loud I turned it off. The room itself was nice but it looked like All the rooms had this door problem. The management said the building was shifting. If that is so, its major and maybe the building is becoming unsafe.

Great bed and a good sleep. Our room needed maintenance to bring it up to normal stndards. The door handle was boken. The shower rod was lower in the center because someone pulled it lower. The curtain then became a safety concern because it was out in the center of the tub waiting to be tripped over. The toilet seat slide back and forth. It needed to be tightened up.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The general upkeep of the room was sad. The shower head did not work and had to use the handle to shower. Repairs that had been done were shoddy and trash wagons were left in the hallway.

It was very late when we checked in. The hot water in the room was not working even after running it for 15 minutes. So we had to move to another room. Other than that stay was good.

BEWARE of this hotel at all costs. Woke up with bed bug bites. Assistant general manager Tyler claims to had the exterminator examine the room and found nothing so no compensation. He went as far as to suggest I had been lying on the beach… Do NOT Book this hotel unless you wanted an unpleasant souvenir.

It was adequate. Cheap, clean no frills Our biggest complain was the walls were very thin. When you can hear a person yawn in the next room the walls are too thin.

Pleased with our stay. Hotel was very clean and had a good breakfast. Coffee and tea available all the time in lobby. Would stay again. Front desk staff was not overly friendly, could be a little more welcoming.

Advised staff of noise above requested to move, was told they would not put anyone above us for the second night. That was not the case was woken all night by stoping feet slamming doors. Upon check out staff stated that the previous staff did not document our issues. Disappointed in how this was handled considering I asked for a quiet area due to celebrating birthday and wedding anniversary

The property seems to be aging. For one example the elevator door would not open on my floor so I was stuck inside until I found the attached phone and called for help. When I finally got to my room the remote control did not work.

They had a party in the guest room on the right side of the reception, and the whole hotel smelled of marijuana. The smell was so intense that it would even come into our second-floor window because this guest room had the windows open to the street where our room also was facing.

Check in was super easy and quick. Rooms were non-descript...normal room, nothing fan cy. Beds were comfortable. Got stuck on elevator for about 10 minutes. Floor in 3rd floor hallway had a soft spot down the middle and uneven. For the price, i would stay here again. Of course, its the middle of winter so rooms are cheaper anyway.

A comfortable bed is the most important thing we look for when traveling, and this hotel has always delivered. It’s an older property but well kept. Curtains are a little too short for the window causing a lot of light to come through in the morning. Not a problem if you’re an early riser lol
