Very impressive. Amazing friendly greeting for checkin. All the staff were so friendly and genuinely really lovely.
Room very modern and clean.. one of the best hotel bathrooms I’ve seen for a long time.
Lovely reception and breakfast areas with tasty breakfast.
Took us about 30 mins from Swansea station and was 15 mins from a beefeater restaurant and a Tesco express
Very happy and would definitely come again.

Unfortunately the bar had no draught beer left when we arrived.The breakfast could have been better,no fried eggs and the bacon and sausage was over cooked and dried out.

The staff were welcoming, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the electric car charger worked!
Breakfast was tasty as usual, plenty of choice.
