Advertised as handicapped, it wasn't ,toilet was not extended hight .almost unusable. There was one grab bar on the inside wall or the shower . The light switch was mounted way to high in the bathroom.They scrimped on handicapped. The view might have been pretty , window was frosted -up.

Hotel was nice and updated. Some wear and tear in the room, but otherwise a comfortable room.
Unfortunately the room was not cleaned well. The floors were not swept/vacuumed well.
Overall we have a nice stay.

The hot tub is not working and has been down for awhile. The lady at the front seat was very rude when I told her they should put it on their website that it is down. The hot tub is the reason I picked this hotel. The pool is so cold you can’t even swim in it. So disappointing!
On the other side the breakfast was ok. But the man taking care of the breakfast area was amazing. He made sure everything was stocked and clean. Was very impressed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites Jeff City. My husband had business meetings. He usually stays at another hotel, but this one was so much nicer. We really like it.

I gave this a rating of 4 because I chose a handicapped room for my mother who is in a wheel chair. The door to the room was heavy and didn’t have a way to hold it open while I was trying to get her into the room.

I called 2 hours before booking, to ask if pool and hot tub were working. Lady that answered the phone said yes, everything is working. We get here to find out the hot tub is out of order.

The hotel was clean and employees were friendly and helpful. After arriving at our room the television wouldn"t come on but emloyees took care of the problem.The bed was comfortable.I would definitely stay ther again.

Overall pretty good by today’s “standards.”There were some hairs in the bathtub. I cleaned the tub, so it wasn’t a big deal. Hot-tub was out of order, but so is every other hotel hot-tub in the U.S. The dead-bolt on the room door wouldn’t work until I realized I had to lift the door a little to let it slide in. Someone knew it was messed-up and left it that way, or maybe it wasn’t checked at all. I miss the days of standards. They are gone.

Waited at the desk for 10 minutes and had to call the desk staff to get checked in. Even on weekends the pool is closed by 10... should be open till 11 or 12 on weekends

I was awake lined at 5:20 am by kids literally running and screaming up and down the halls for almost two hours.

The front desk person who checked us in was amazing! She was kind and helpful… I wish I had gotten her name!! The room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast, though free was not good. Barely warm at all and that was at 7:45 am. waffle mixture tasted 'off'. Entire week we mentioned about pool water temp being too cold to get in they told us they check it and 'raise' it. Spa out of order entire time. Only thing warm was the room which was like a steam bath. Very disappointing. Location was great for us as we do day trips so easy access to a lot of roads yet far enough off to be quiet.

The front desk person was always sitting and unfriendly - did not greet us upon entering nor acknowledge us as we passed through in the morning. Breakfast person was lovely. Room a bit dated but was comfortable. Location in Apache Flats means nothing is walkable but it is a short drive to the mall, grocery store, gas stations and restaurants.

Literally the cleaniest hotel weve ever stayed in. I couldnt even find dust. Not many hotels make it easy for a family of 6 to share a room without costing a small fortune. The room had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The staff were super friendly and available. Breakfast was delicious and had lots to choose from. We only stayed a night but i could easily have stayed longer.

Happy with the room and very clean. Very disappointed that the whirlpool was not working and the swimming pool was extremely cold and cloudy water. Extremely disappointed with the continental breakfast on Sunday. A few egg omelette were from Saturday, ran out of eggs, no milk, juice, coffee, bread was dry day old. They were out of everything. There was a store close by where they could have purchased food for guests. In any event, a sign could have been put up so guests could have gone somewhere else. Very, very disappointed ☹️.

There was an issue with the lock on the room. Staff took care of it immediately by giving me another room. The room was clean and the staff was great.

booked because had pool and hot tub. Hot tub broke. luke warm shower water in room and out of several breakfast items. could have paid half as much at other hotels in area and proably had better experience for less money.
