Staff very helpful and friendly, although no English. Happy to converse using translation tools. Swimming pool was closed due to it being winter, which I didn’t reslise when I booked. A couple of times there was no water, no electricity and no wifi, but staff worked to resolve the issue.
Breakfast was very good and there was free tea, coffee and iced drinking water available all day. I didn’t have supper at the hotel but did have some drinks at the bar by the open fire which was welcoming and warm.

The rooms was ok although a little dark inside and the fixtures and fittings a little old and could go with upgrading. There was no AC which meant it remained very warm overnight. The blankets would benefit by the colours of many of the Atacama local artefacts. Rooms were clean though. Food was ok although breakfast was excellent. Location is good to get into town but it remained quiet at night. Pool is great but they could go with a few more umbrellas and seating around the pool.
