Uma boa opção de acomodação no Atacama

Cecilia muito prestativa, explicou todas as questões da acomodação com bastante atenção. Justa com a forma de pagamento até me surpreendendo. O Hostel tem um espaço imensamente agradável, inclusive no lindo mirante que possui para um dos vulcões. Cama confortável, bem preparada para o frio e limpeza impecável!

A distância da acomodação para a Caracoles, contudo já previa este trajeto. Por alguns momentos faltava água ou ela estava bem fraca. Fora isso, o que mais me incomodou foi a falta de iluminação no quarto. Ela era bem fraca e pra alguém míope como eu, ficava um pouco mais complicado.

Incrível

Adoramos o hostel, super limpo, anfitriãs Cecília e Nancy solícitas e prestativas nos deram muitas dicas boas. Quarto confortável e tranquilo. Cozinha bem equipada. Não é longe do início da rua Caracoles. Se voltarmos ao Atacama com certeza voltaremos nele.

A única coisa que queremos pontuar é o chuveiro que é bem difícil regular, ou está muito quente ou gelado, até encontrar uma temperatura boa demora, desperdiça muita água.

Perfect hostel. 5 star

The property is very clean, the staff are so lovely and welcoming. The place itself is very nice and cosy. I stayed in a four bed mixed. My first time in a hostel so I was worried however it was perfect! I would highly recommend to stay. It’s quiet, it has 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a rooftop, swimming pool. I hired a car from the airport and parked it on the main road outside hostel, very very safe! Cecilia is so lovely, she works very hard all day! There is lots of seating around the hostel to chill on.

Hidden Gem

We stayed in a shared room and there was plenty of space for all sharing. The kitchen and common area was really nice and had a lovely view. As well as the courtyard by the pool, very relaxing and quiet. The staff don't speak english but are very good with google translate so no need to worry if you don't speak spanish like us.

Was a little hard to find as there was no sign.

Relaxing and quiet stay

Good sun bed area and great kitchen with amazing view of the volcano. Clean and well kept. Lovely, helpful staff.

It wasn’t a sociable hostel at all. The staff are so lovely, and even helped me when I felt unwell, but you will struggle if you don’t speak any Spanish. Bed sheets and cover were polyester and kept coming off the mattress throughout the night.

Everything OK, would come back to Hostal Lackuntur

Bolivian standard. Rooms simple but clean. Group kitchen and dining room proved to be very convenient for us. The inner yard is inviting with chairs, tables and hummocks.

If you are an international solo traveler with no internet and can not speak Spanish, do not recommend you to stay here

would definitely stay again, had a great atmosphere and great location to access different parts of San Pedro

staff were lovely and always helpful, room was as expected and really comfortable bed and very clean. great facilities and nice communal areas. location was great as it was out of the centre a bit so was a bit calmer

shower was hard to get the right temperature, it was either really hot or really cold

A comfortable, relaxing property in a superb location

Beautiful pool area with lots of comfy seating options. Beds comfortable and clean. We stayed in both a private room and shared dorms and both were great. Easy walking distance to town.

The kitchen layout was quite strange and cramped around the cooker. The hostel feels quite busy when full, but most of the time a good proportion of the guests will be on desert tours so this isn’t a problem.

Clean, comfy, and close to town.

The rooms were clean and comfy, bathrooms clean, the kitchen was great and had the best view of the mountains at sunrise.

Exceptional

What a lovely place ❤️ The rooms & bathrooms are super clean and bedding really comfy. The patio with pool is a small oasis in itsself where you can relax from the heat and the dust. A common kitchen allows you to prep your meals. Center town is a 5 min walk, and the hostal is conveniently located at the town entrance. The owners Nancy and her daughter Cecila will do anything to help out. I had an amazing stay 😊

Exceptional

Wonderful Cecilia and Sonia are running this beautiful hostel. There is a really nice and calm atmosphere. Good kitchen facilities with a stunning view to the mountainrange and vulcanoes. It takes you 5-7 minutes to go to the centre of SP and there is a neat french café and bakery 3 minutes away.

Great hostel, definitely recommend going here!

The staff is super friendly, the beds are good and the rooms have enough space, the hostel is clean, they have a nice kitchen with a nice view and the swimming pool/common area is also very nice. I loved my stay here and would recommend everyone to go here!

The only thing I could think of is a charger next to my top bunk bed, but there were enough chargers in the rest of the room so that's not a big deal at all.

Superb

This hostel has a very cute courtyard with pool and hammocks to chill during resting time. The beds are decent, the lockers big enough to contain big bags. The kitchen is well equipped even though a bit small. Overall it's a great place for the price you pay.

The wifi is really not great but I heard that it is the case in all San Pedro. Also, don't use the water filter system in the kitchen. I strongly suspect I've been sick because of it.

the pool, quiet, the view from the kitchen.

the owner didn’t have keys for me. I asked for keys to the outside door and it was a whole ordeal. the buzzer wasn’t working either so I had to just stand there until someone exited. I did finally did get keys but two days after I checked in.

Poorly managed!

Comfortable bed. Hot/reliable shower. Locked entrance door for security.

No wifi in rooms…ZERO. When I told Nancy (the manager), all she said was “you can get wifi near reception and if this is not good enough, you should book another hotel”. Absolutely shocked at her response. Rooms are small. Pool wasn’t clean. Arrived 2pm and room still wasn’t ready. When we finally checked in, there were no towels or toilet paper. Credit card machine didn’t work. Nancy never smiled…not once. We felt so unwelcome.

Adorable stay

The hostal is located a bit less than 10 minutes walk from Caracoles (downtown San Pedro) This makes the place quiet and peaceful. The patio and courtyard are charming with plants, amacas, a tiny pool and chairs for sunbathing. You can both chill by yourself or chat with other guests the atmosphere is really cosy and relaxing. The dorm are a bit tiny but functional. The private rooms are lovely. The boss is a very nice and helpful lady named Nancy. There are no laundry service in the facilities but an efficient launderette is very near. I met several women of all ages travelling solo but also couples. The place gave me good vibes and energies. Loved it!

Amazing views from the lounge/kitchen over the volcano. Great place to relax. Comfortable bed, hot shower. Great staff who were always willing to help.

Swimming pool was very small - not big enough to swim in.

Location close to the center, warm beds and nice bathrooms. Very nice common area (can be cold at night, but that's in most hostels), with amazing volcano view. Showers were hot, getting warmer during the day as the water is heated by the sun.

Maybe add some hooks in the rooms to hang stuff.

Very clean and comfortable, great location and great view from the kitchen. Oh and the best hostess ever, very friendly and I would have lost my flight if it weren't for Nancy. Hope to be back someday.

Beautiful central and quite, super helpful staff!

The rooms and shared facilities are beautiful and super comfy. Rooms were cleaned every day. Location couldn’t be better, so close from the central area of San Pedro and surrounded by mini-markets and food options, really convenient. Staff were super friendly. Doña Nancy received us on our arrival with many helpful information on how to move around San Pedro (were to eat nice food, were to find cheaper options, etc.). We didn’t have any tours or activities pre-booked and she arranged everything for us! Always available, flexible and attentive, was super lush. We had an amazing experience!
