Great location, just out of the central town but not too far. Easy to park a rental car outside. Francesca was extremely helpful and accommodating with extending our stay when our Uyuni tour was delayed.

Environment is super nice with a well-maintained yard. The host speaks English and is super friendly. The room is big and clean, shower is hot enough but no heater in the room (not cold, since the comforter is pretty thick and warm)
the location is far from the center. Need 15 minutes walking time with a slope
