Had issues with room. The refrigerator rattled all night. The smoke detector light blinked intermittently illuminating the room from midnight til morning. ( and unfortunately, someones car alarm went off every hour - not the hotels fault but they do ask for your auto information and probably could have found out who's it was) I called the front desk and was told I'd have to wait til morning and talk to management about my displeasure, great. ( however the night mgr probably couldn't address it anyway) I told the morning desk manager and he just said sorry, I 'll have someone look into it...we left.

My family and I absolutely LOVE everything about this establishment.

The hotel was clean, the room was also clean with a very comfortable bed. Shawn and Aliana ( I know this is probably incorrect!) were both above and beyond friendly and helpful to my extended family that were all staying for my nieces wedding! We had a wonderful weekend!

The room was ok but there was no phone in the room and the internet did not work. I had problem checking in.

Felt very safe and fairly well maintained. Enjoyed the morning and evening buffets.

Overall ok even if we had to change room during the night as people were smoking (not tobacco…) next to our room and the smoke was entering through the bathrooms vents. The lady at the front desk was super reactive and friendly and gave us right away a new room. The social during the evening was a nice addition.

Loved having so much space, the 3 beds was very needed!!! Little out of the way and some areas really need updating, carpets, air vents, etc.

The toilet was overflowing when we arrived at 9:30PM. There was only one lady working. She was nice, but did not know what to do about the toilet. My father was able to fix it, and she cleaned up the water. The most disappointing aspect of this is that they still charged me full price. Unacceptable!

Amazingly clean and fresh... no stale smell when you entered room... linens were fragrant.... atmosphere lovely.

Love this property, amazing space, breakfast was awesome. Rooms we’re comfortable, although furniture can be updated. Location is good. Super friendly staff and loved that Kai fry was complimentary. Will definitely stay again.

I stayed here during the weekend of my wedding. I booked a 2 bedroom suite which I was pleased with. The room was clean and there was complimentary breakfast. The only problem I had with this place is there were a lot of kids here at the property getting in and out of the pool and they left water all over the elevator.

The property needs to upgrade/ fix the furniture in the rooms. The carpet and the couch was filthy. Also I was advised that there was no housekeeping on the weekends. However the amenities were nice.

The property was perfect for my family of 4. I wished that the front desk had told us we had to pull up on the handle to open our door. We thought our key didn’t work. Lol

The unit was so filthy and obviously they cleaned the room quickly not thoroughly. The bedsheets were so folded and looked like somebody lay down on it already, the bathrooms stinks. The tissue roll was only 10% left. In the couches were so dirty, looked like a color brown on the corners and also on the sEAT. THe tables, we saw the Crumbs, and the kitchen cabinet was not connected. The unit smell so strong that they just spray perfumes and not a clean smell. MOVED to OTHER unit and it's a little bit better. But the 2nd unit was obviously cleaned. THE dining when we went down early in morning didn't have a breakfast anymore and It's only 9:25 and no food anymore. Nothing left but if the dining is up to 930 they should still have the food. They cleaned it early according to the other client next to us, they said only 9 o'clock when they're really gone? And then the worker named Sylvia, she was banging the BOWLS the paper one. When she saw us getting cups and then she realized that I got her name and then she finally gave us some food left over. The whole experience was 1/ 10 or maybe 0 out of 10. This is the 1st time that I complained and reported like as bad as this and this is my 22nd hotel experience in just less than 2 years. And this is the worst and hopefully NO MORE bad experience. Thank you so much.

Nice hotel, love the full suite, breakfast was good. Could use more decaf tea options but otherwise the whole family found something eat!
