Check-in was great with the front desk staff being very helpful and kind. I didn’t have much contact with any of the other staff but there were cobwebs in almost every corner of my room and I just feel like for such a high price it should be clean. On the last day I ended up with severe food poisoning where I was transported to the hospital and the hotel refused to extend my stay charging me for another night although I did check out by 6 PM they still continue to charge me for the other night I was at the hospital and was just asking for a late check out until I could get back. I could understand charging someone for another night if they could control leaving or not but I had no control over what happened to me. There was no offer to pick me up at the hospital when I was discharged and I had no idea they even had a van for that, I know this is extenuating circumstances but I just wasn’t impressed with their helpfulness around it.

Apparently the security hold is $250 on the weekends. We weren’t informed until check in. I was double charged. They literally charged $700 and told me it could take up to 10 days to come back to me. The girl at the front desk was unbelievably unhelpful. We killed atleast 2 inside our room during our one night stay. None of the clocks had been changed from daylights savings.

Unprofessional staff!!!! It's obvious the staff thinks all black people know each other and think we look alike. It was a group of people who stayed and were loud, disturbing the peace who were black. So the staff decided to assume everyone that was black was the issue and she wanted to get smart and be disrespectful. Refusing to give towels and washcloths with an attitude calling the cops on any black family who trying to understand why you're giving attitude because you have the wrong group. Be aware when they get smart and you check them in return they'll call the cops and act innocent like you’re the problem.

I’ll keep it short. No wifi at New Year’s Eve and 2 days after. An outage for the whole hotel. I went downstairs and asked for housekeeping that day while I was out. They said yes. Housekeeping never came. It was awful and the hotel is usually good

We stayed 7 days and never had any housekeeping services. Even after asking it was not done. The furniture was soiled and the condition was run down. I am sure there are much nicer places to stay for the amount we paid. The front desk staff were okay but also did not do anything to help us.
