Hotel is dated and needs a good cleaning. Dust is everywhere, couches had stains and you can tell the carpet hasn’t been clean in years.

Worst place to stay
Old ,dirty, fridge doesn’t work no coffee maker, room stinks, chair, bed, sofa stained.
I took I video and showed at front desk and they toled me that I I don’t like they will give me my money back instead to offer me another room. I stayed cause a family member was at the hospital across street

A very uncomfortable unpleasant Room.The room was very dirty not up to Basic standards... status, Rude Front desk worker.. Not friendly when lending out clean linen fresh/towels and sheets disgusting.

Staff was rude, the rooms were disgusting, even the carpet turned our feet black... all furniture was stained and smelled.

Cleanliness??? Really?? Carpet so dirty bathroom same dirty and plus the receptionist so rude! Really disappointed!

The first one I got smelled like cigarettes. The second room I got I couldn’t even sleep in there because there was people upstairs banging and making a lot of noise so I left at 11:23 in the night and booked another hotel room in another city.

Average, wierd they wanted a $50 cash deposit and that the water for the toilet was shut off.

I booked this room for a friend of mine. When visiting the property to inquire about the deposit requirements, I was informed that ID would be required for both he and I, even though the reservation was in his name. They made it impossible to use the reservation.

Loved the unwelcomed greeting of the transients asking for change in the morning, they were curteous rather the the ones at night that dont even look at you and yell at you. Will probably not stay here again. Nothing is really done to keep transients out of the parking areas. Be cautious of your surroundings.

The Motel room size is great and I had two beds in my room.Not enough outlets though and the light switch should be by the door as you come into the room.Very clean the furniture is a little outdated. I give it an 8 rating.I would stay here again.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The rooms were dirty and the carpets were filthy; my feet were black just from walking from the bathroom to the bed. You can hear everything outside and from other rooms. This should be like a last option place to stay

The man that checked us in was awesome. The room smelled alot like fabuloso and bathroom floor sticky. The room was spacious but not enough towels. Only 2 bathvtowels , no wash cloth or hand towels. The next morning we asked for more towels and lady had such a horrible attitude.

I want to be honest. The price is a little high being that the rooms obviously need maintenance. You would expect a $100 a night room to look a certain way n have ALL amenities. Example. The bathroom door didnt close/had a lock. The room is very spacious/warm especially in this cold weather. When I got there I wiped the bathroom n commonly touched areas in the room n I will say the bathroom was clean n majority or the room was clean outside of the furniture. The sheets were okay. All nights I was there were typically quiet except one. We’re grown here so let me tell you. Weekends most ppl book there for one thing & if you next to the room you will hear it. The staff was nice but very stand offish.
Lastly. I HATED the checkout room inspection. I missed my lyft waitin for her to come back and give me my $50 cash deposit. I have seen anything like that literally EVER. But yeah if you need a night or two in the area semi quiet warm room. 👍

There weret roaches on the room that they gave me so they switch me to another but it had roaches too. I was able to get a refund for one night though.

The room had bugs I had someone left over eye lashes on the night stand and the owner argued with me about the bugs in my room not being clean until I mentioned I was calling the health department

It was a horrible experience. Cash only deposits and room inspections when checking before refunding deposit is so outdated and inconvenient. The staff is rude and unaccommodating Cannot believe Orbitz partners and offers these type of “hotels” on their platform. Luckily we were there for just one night. I couldn’t possibly sleep in that dirty, roach infested room more than one night. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had when at stay booked through Orbitz. Very disappointed to say the least.

It was horrible. I have stayed here before in the past and it was ok. But this time I couldn't wait to run out of there and if it wasn't for the fact that we got back after checking in so late I would of left right then and there. There roaches every where we couldn't sleep comfortable they were dirty in the bathroom. I will never stay there again. And really wish I never spent my money cause this was literally just throwing it away cause I would of been better off sleeping in the streets if that was the case for how disgusting it was.
