It was an amazing stay friendly environment rooms very clean

The room smelled of urine (pet friendly) so badly that we did not sleep there. The refrigerator did not cool adequately. The shower head leaked and did not produce a good stream of water.

Nice place. I had to give $60 deposit was refunded to me at check out. Was not aware they would ask for a deposit.Please add that to you website.

Although it appeared the property was older it seemed well maintained. The room was large and very clean

Staff was very nice and pleasant the only issue I had was the elevator doesn’t work well it opened halfway so the desk clerk came and opened it up so I could get out but other than that i will definitely go back

Unruly children running around at all hours of the night. Also cigarette smoking in the room across from mine, which stunk up the whole floor and into my room. The staff didn’t seem to care. I have stayed here before and it was great. Not this time! I will be staying somewhere else next time.

Check in was handled well by the staff member and she was able to get me my room fairly quickly. Room was spacious and clean and I heard nothing the entire night. WAs definitely a good stay.

We like the hotel, every year we stay there for business. This last time there was a dog in the next room, who was barking very loudly. This was not a compliment to the hotel at all. Everything else was good.

Bed was really comfortable and room was pretty quiet considering it is close to the expressway.
Upon checking in clerk was a little snippy upon learning i had a pet with me even though they allow pets on property other than that...it was a good stay with a good hot breakfast available.

Not a very family friendly experience. Person below me banged on my ceiling 20 times because my toddler grandson walked across the room. They complained twice. I ended up having to move rooms because they had a Jacuzzi in theirs. Whatever! Tried not to let it ruin my fun. Traveled all the way from Cincinnati to Baytown to visit him. Had to make him stay on the bed the whole time in the room. First time I’ve ever experienced something like that in we’ve stayed in hotel rooms at least 10 to 12 times this year with him. Not sure I will return. Took the fun out of visiting for my daughters graduation and grandson time.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room had a smell of stale or mildew but other than that the room was nice and clean and surprisingly large. Had a big fridge which was a plus. Breakfast was great although could’ve changed it up a bit for people who stay multiple days like us. We stayed 3 days and it was the same eggs and sausage. Would’ve been better if eggs and bacon sometimes or biscuits and Gravy etc. but overall it was very nice inexpensive 3 day get away. Parking lot had much light and cameras so felt safe. Located right off I 10 with access to multiple restaurants and shopping. Glad we stayed here and will stay again in future

I loved this hotel. Besides one over night worked that was really rude. She made us walk around the hotel at 2 in the morning knowing we were staying in this hotel.

I am staying in hotels until I find a place. This hotel really made my family and I feel right at home. I would like to commend Gabby who is one of the house keepers. She made sure we had plenty of clean towels and our beds fresh. Also at the front desk Stephanie was amazing and also VWilli. The other worker Chris was rushing me to get out after our 16 day stay was up. I was moving as fast as I could to get my things out and he was just saying I had to get out asap and my 16 day stay…. Overall great hotel

Everything was Awesome! Brought the family down for a vacation. Got 2 rooms next to each other. Check in was very easy and friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Rooms were clean and stocked very well. Breakfast was awesome. pool was cool. Just a very enjoyable stay

The front desk girls on the late/early shift are super nice! I was greeted and asked about my day. The room was reasonably priced, very clean and spacious. The TV had hundreds of channels. The breakfast in the morning was great and checkout was a breeze. The 10.0 reviews here are spot-on and I will definitely stay here and recommend this spot to everyone!

i enjoyed my stay, the room was nice, I especially enjoyed my quiet moment in the jacuzzi, the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, the workers at the front desk were very friendly and polite.

Comfort Suites is one of my favorite places to stay in Baytown. The front desk clerk was very welcoming, the properties facilities, the fitness room, pool, business center, laundry room and dining area all were well maintained.
My room was spacious, comfortable and the morning breakfast topped it off.
I will most definitely visit here again.
