Clean room. Neither of the remotes worked but the front desk came right away to exchange remote. Breakfast is very very minimal but free. Price was very reasonable. Older facility so rooms are not so fresh, doors hard to close and easily hear others in the hallway. Beds were comfortable

The man who checked me in was very nice. The place bad. The bedding was gross and stained, the floors were dirty, I was shocked at the state of the place. There were sketchy people hangin' outside... if I had yime and energy I'd have found a different place to sleep.

Place was ok. No roaches or anything. Staff was courteous except for DJ. He seems to have a attitude. Could use more breakfast items. How bout some fruit.

Great stay, easy check in, good price

The person across the hall, or maybe it was next to me, had a dog and it wouldn’t stop barking. And then it would squeal like it was in pain. Very irritating to listen to when you’re tired.

It's a nice place to stay. They greet you and very friendly. The hotel smells clean, the rooms are too as well. And affordable prices.

I am not exactly sure what i expected. Ive never heard the greatest things about Super 8's. But i needed a cheap hotel for an event I needed to attend with my husband. I booked here for the low rate, breakfast included, and how close it was to the event.
First impression was for sure an old building. Didnt bother me. It started getting worse once we got into our room and i found a large piece of glass on the floor. Thank goodness i had sandals on and had seen it before i stepped on it. Then the sheets had blood stains. Not huge but enough to be uncomfortable and can tell you they dont care enough to get the stains out or throw it away. Then the real kicker was the continental breakfast. Wow.. it was a joke. I know what mostly to expect its not gunna be a hot meal. But two pieces of bread, two raisin honey buns, cereal, waffles, and crappy coffee, i mean come on. Ive stayed in cheap hotels before with continental breakfasts and that was seriously the worst ive ever seen. We didnt even eat it. I know they could do better, but they probably won't. Disappointed and for sure will not stay at another Super 8 again. If you can.. just pay a few more bucks and stay at another higher quality budget friendly hotel.

The sheet metal on the mattress base was extremely annoying. The outside of the building looked nice, the inside was very dated and thin walled. Breakfast was a bad joke. Cereal was soggy, no decaf, very limited options. Rooms lacked coffee machine, clock, microwavable cups.

Will never stay again. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY PICS!
This was so gross, if it was a refundable stay I’d have left and slept in my car. Had to sanitize the room it was just foul, stale and dusty.. when finally ready to lay down the bed was broken! We had already had the front desk guy fix the tv and were beyond tired so went to sleep as best we could. Bathroom and sink were just minimally wiped down. Stains on furniture & damaged floors and walls. Add to that the passing vagrants outside.
You get what you pay for, honestly I paid to much at $50 for the night… by a lot.
I will say staff was friendly but oblivious. Convenient placement off freeway.

Was an average place to stay. Staff was nice and helpful.

Just stayed for the night. The staff was really nice but i mean the room looked dirty, there was homeless people all around and the heater up at 75 the room was still cold.

I would never stay at this Super 8 again. I don’t typically have high expectations from a Super 8 but this one didn’t even measure up to an already low bar. The beds were old and had huge lumps in the middle. WhenI asked if they had a room with a newer mattress I was told they are all the same. There was no chain or security bar on the door as it had been broken off some time in the past. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work so finding one to charge my phone was a challenge not to mention they were all so loose that when I did find one that worked the charger kept wanting to slide right back out. There was no coffee pot in the room which was very inconvenient since I’m a night owl and not a morning person. There were homeless in the area and I saw a couple of the employees standing at the top of the hill next to the parking lot consorting with a drug dealer. The ONLY thing good I can say about this place is that their breakfast waffles were really good. My recommendation is book your stay with another hotel like La Quinta it something else actor’s the street (if this is the area you need to be in).

Nothing fancy, bathroom was dated and needed serious work on the plumbing as the sink would not drain. Sink was in discustting condition, cracked, stained and unsitely.
Tiny TV, with poor sound.

It seemed like a place for the homeless

A dump. One of the worst I've ever stayed in. But what do you expect for $50. You get what you pay for. Definitely seemed like a transient hotel, with an abundance sketchy looking individuals loitering around and doors opening and closing all night. Maybe the city of Colorado Springs sends its indigent population to sleep here.

🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩WARNING !!!!!!!!!! This hotel room was the most filthily disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen and it was nothing like the pictures. False advertisement!! We let the front desk know right after check in as soon as we saw the hazardous room and the bugs came out that these was no way we were staying there even one night. There was human excrement on the bed, bugs (bed bugs roaches) and blood and burn stains on the sheets. When asked for a refund the front desk refused and said “good luck getting a refund we never refund anybody through a third-party.” He begged us to stay and get a different room, but it was way too filthy and hazardous to our health. There was no way I was going to stay there, even one night with my daughter. I would not recommend this hotel for any reason. Hotels.com was very nice helping me get my money back even though the front desk was fighting and avoiding phone calls with Hotels.com. There is no way that this room is worth any amount of money. Staying here at this hotel could be hazardous to one’s health. Beware 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

The building was clean. I didn't like the other guest fighting in the hall. Over all it was a good experience.

The hotel room looked a little run down. The bed was lumpy, the pillows were uneven and the bathroom looked liked it has seen better days.

Bed was all broken down, almost rolled off, door knobs and doors were broken. Towels smelled like vomit. Staff was absolutely wonderful though.

Property was decent. The only thing I didn't like was that the WiFi was too slow.

The Super 8 is a nice hotel. The rooms were big and clean. The staff are very nice and helpful with any questions you may have. They have breakfast in the morning with coffee and food. There are some washers and dryers by the elevator and vending machines. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a hotel to stay for a day or even a week.

The traffic is crazy around, it's located next to the highway and there's a lot of people around.
I liked that the parking lot was kinda safe.
The breakfast is just a waffle and coffee.

Staff was amazing. Clean hotel

The breakfast was apple juice (no orange juice), cereal, oatmeal and get this: waffles and toast but NO butter. What a joke.

The hotel is run down and the breakfast was poor, even for a continental breakfast. I would have given just one star, but it is clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful so that pushed it up another star.

It’s a cheap hotel but you get what you pay for. It was a nice quick pick for our overnight stay. I had my husky with me & they only charged $10! Which was cool. They do have complementary breakfast but very limited & a lot was missing by 6:30am. There is a washer and dryer so that’s convenient!

The property is very clean, I didn't get any smoke odor even in hallway. That's positive.
The room was clean and bathroom was clean as well.
The service provided by the attendants were very professional and helpful.
Few things experience could be improved -
1. There was no trash bin in the bathroom. Please provide a small trash bin in the bathroom. Very much needed.
2. The property provides very late check-in even after midnight which is very positive and the main reason I booked. After a very long journey, coffee/tea sometimes needed for travelers even after midnight. Please provide small coffee maker in the room if possible. Other hotels in the same budget provides that.
3. Breakfast was simply, I would say, below the basics. Provide some fresh fruits and decent coffee atleast (coffee was simply warm water).
4. I saved the major hiccup for the last. The parking situation. It's very odd that such big motel of 4 stories have very less parking spots. The parking situation could be very easily improved if properly arranged.
If you are a traveler like us, who just stay in the hotel just for few hours of night sleep and proper bathroom and away for all the day and don't bother about breakfast, then this motel could easily be your choice.

The breakfast bar was well maintained and stocked Ryan and his crew. Best breakfast bar ever. It was crowded but everyone was taken care of with very little waiting. Cleaning lady was on top of her game
