This hotel was amazing! The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, nice kitchen area and sitting area. Balcony had table and chairs as well as sun bed. There were plenty of beds available for both pools.
Breakfast had lots to offer - but I'd recommend keeping a member of staff on the desk at all times because we had to wait a while to tell them our room number in order to get breakfast.
The rooms were cleaned regularly, anything we needed was given quickly.
Staff were all helpful and nice.
Entertainment every afternoon by the pool and at the bar at night. It is across the road from a small beach and a 10 minute walk to the big beach.
The receptionist booked a taxi for us and was very helpfulness. I loved this hotel I would 100000% recommend.

The room was tidy and clean. The kitchen could have done with some cleaning products such a sponge or dish soap. Even disposable.
The pool was in good condition, however the water was still rather cold, given the time of year

Great location. Would be good for families as they have two pools, one of which the kids would love.

The apartment was clean and was serviced every 2 days.
All the staff i interacted with were helpful, professional, and accommodating.
The pools are clean and large enough to not feel cramped when several others are swimming. There is one pool that is heated, and there are lifeguards who are clearly attentive.
The pool bar staff could not be better.
Playa Jabillo is right across the street and is a wonderful option where the water is usually clear and calm.
There are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from, and the promenade/boardwalk is right beside the property and is plenty long for an evening stroll or morning run.
